The meeting emphasized that town and village cadres must fully understand the new standards for recruitment work, enhance their sense of responsibility, take the initiative to take on their responsibilities, conduct a comprehensive survey of the physical and family conditions of young people of the right age in their jurisdiction, especially past college graduates and students graduating next year, and establish a detailed information ledger of young people who are recruiting, so that the total number and situation are clear, and lay the foundation for the successful completion of the recruitment task.
