In 1955, the People's Liberation Army held its first conferring ceremony. This conferring ceremony gave birth to the ten famous marshals of later generations. They were all figures with great military exploits and made indelible contributions to the founding of New China. Among the top ten marshals, Marshal Zhu De ranks first.

Marshal Zhu De is the main founder of our army. Starting from the Nanchang Uprising during the Agrarian Revolution, he participated in leading the construction of our army. During the subsequent Anti-Japanese War and the War of Liberation, Zhu De was the main commander of our army. It was inevitable that he would become the first of the ten marshals.
Marshal Zhu De is a person who is very strict with himself and his family. He has only used privileges once in his life, and this use of privileges was related to his daughter. What's going on? What is the story behind Marshal Zhu De's use of privileges?

Marshal Zhu De had a daughter named Zhu Min. Zhu Min was born in 1926 in the Soviet Union. At that time, Zhu De happened to be studying at the Eastern Labor University in Moscow . When Zhu Min was not yet one year old, she was sent back to Sichuan by Zhu De and has been living with her grandmother. It was not until 1940, when Zhu Min was 14 years old, when Zhu De had already served as the commander-in-chief of the Eighth Route Army, that Zhu Min was escorted to Yan'an and met his father Zhu De.

However, Zhu Min did not reunite with his father for a long time. In 1941, Zhu Min was sent to the Soviet Union to study. Unfortunately, in June of that year, the Soviet-German War broke out. Zhu Min was unfortunately captured and sent to a concentration camp to perform hard labor. It was not until January 1945, when the Soviet army attacked East Prussia, that Zhu Min left the concentration camp. In 1946, Zhu Min returned to Moscow after going through many hardships. After returning to Moscow, Zhu Min was able to continue his studies. In 1953, Zhu Min returned to China from the Soviet Union and taught at Beijing Normal University. Because of Zhu Min's special experience, Zhu De always felt that he owed his daughter and always wanted to compensate Zhu Min.
The time soon came to 1964. In this year, Zhu Min followed the work area of Beijing Normal University to Wuxiang County in the Changzhi area of southeastern Shanxi Province to participate in the local "Four Cleanup Movements". Zhu Min worked in a deep mountainous area. One night, she accidentally fell into a ten-meter deep ditch while walking. When people found Zhu Min, she was already unconscious.

Zhu Min was seriously injured at that time. After examination, the doctor accompanying the team believed that Zhu Min must go to a major hospital for treatment in time, otherwise the situation would be very critical. But the working group had to walk seven or eight hours from the nearest local hospital, so there was no time at all. In desperation, the leader of the working group called Zhongnanhai and reported Zhu Min's injury to Marshal Zhu De.
Marshal Zhu De was very anxious when he heard about Zhu Min's situation and immediately asked the doctor what advice he had. The doctor said: "Zhu Min's life is in danger. I suggest sending a helicopter, otherwise it will be too late." Marshal Zhu De knew this was inappropriate, so he fell silent on the phone. The doctor on the other end of the phone couldn't wait any longer. He said quickly: "Boss, you also know that Zhu Min is not in good health." Marshal Zhu De immediately replied: "Okay, send a helicopter immediately!"

Three hours later, the helicopter sent Zhu Min to the hospital in Beijing. Marshal Zhu De was also waiting at the door of the hospital early. This injury caused Zhu Min to lose sight in one eye and suffer from lumbar disc herniation in her waist. No matter what, thanks to the helicopter that quickly sent Zhu Min to the hospital, Zhu Min's life was saved.
This call of the helicopter was also the only time Marshal Zhu De used his privileges, because he was concerned about his daughter's injury and hoped that her daughter would receive timely treatment. This is the father's love for his daughter, and it is also the father's intention to make up for his debt to his daughter...
