training mobilization meeting, Wang Feng, member of the Standing Committee of the County Party Committee and Minister of the County People's Armed Forces Department, conducted the training mobilization and emphasized five "solidities": First, the ideological understanding must be solid. It is necessary to earnestly study and thoroughly understand the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, unify understanding with the commander-in-chief's orders, and persist in laying a solid ideological foundation for troop training and preparation; secondly, the basic construction of must be solid. Militia group formation, combat readiness plans, facility construction, etc. must be completed on time and with high quality and quantity; third, troop training and preparation for war must be solid. Scientifically formulate training plans, deepen and implement training transformation, innovate training methods, and train personnel, time, content, and effects in a solid manner; fourth, combat research and training must be solid. It is necessary to adhere to a problem orientation, analyze and judge the situation of troop training and preparation, strengthen research on combat methods and training methods, and focus on improving command and war planning capabilities; fifth, the training style must be solid.
