In order for aerospace to develop efficiently and rapidly, I have the following understandings.

1, policies need to be adjusted

In the past, most aerospace developments were kept secret because they involved military industry. The biggest drawback was that they did not know how far the development had progressed. Apart from seeing reports on satellite launches, aircraft deliveries, etc. in the news, ordinary people had no way to participate. In terms of efficiency, technological progress and other aspects, the past practice of holding everything in the hands of the government and central enterprises must be changed. Only by respecting human nature, respecting laws, and fully involving private enterprises can we make full use of competition and efficiency to accelerate the development and progress of China's aerospace technology. Really contribute to the national economy and at the same time contribute to national defense and security. When it comes to the fundamentals, we need to be open-minded and not compete with the people for profits and collect residual profits (taxes).

2, the strategy needs to be adjusted

It is unscientific to grasp the big and discard the small. It is most appropriate to start from small to large.

The past strategy for developing C919 large aircraft was unscientific. The advancement of any technology requires a large amount of success and failure data. Large aircraft have high development costs, long cycles, and slow technological progress. Next, we should open up the general aviation market, allow private enterprises to actively participate, and liberalize the development of small aircraft. Improve technology through a large amount of data on the success and failure of small aircraft flights. Low cost, high efficiency, rapid progress, and great contribution to economic prosperity.

Low cost: companies spend money on production, people consume flights, and the country advances in technology. Spending money from companies and people helps the country's scientific and technological progress;

High efficiency: A large number of flights, full competition, companies will quickly improve technology, and the efficiency is very high , it is countless times better than the current military industry enterprise playing by yourself, how much progress you can't see;

3, aerospace may develop before aviation

In principle, we should from low to high, from easy to difficult, and the development should be from general aviation to civil aviation to aerospace. But under the actual situation in our country, our aerospace industry may develop rapidly before our aviation industry. The reasons are as follows:

First, various controls in the low-altitude field are not scientific enough, liberalization is too restrictive, and the interests are wide-ranging. , coordination and unification are difficult, and the thinking is backward. After launching satellites into space, they are not controlled by any government at all. We also need to participate in the competition for vast space resources.

Second, foreign countries are forcing them to do so. If the commercial aerospace industry is not developed and the government is left alone, companies led by spacex will already occupy low-altitude space orbits in the future. How will China deal with this?

As a fund manager, we just need to go with the trend. However, as citizens, when we see it, it is our unshirkable responsibility to put forward our opinions and perceptions. As for whether it is right or wrong, the parties concerned and all the gentlemen will leave it to their own devices.
