On December 27, the People's Procuratorate of Minhe County held a 2022 work summary and commendation meeting. Members of the procuratorate team and all police officers attended the meeting.
The meeting reviewed the achievements made in the past year, reported the financial disclosure situation in 2022, and commended the emerging advanced collectives, advanced individuals, case handling experts and advanced individuals in the fight against the epidemic. At the same time, the post prosecutor representatives reported their work based on work results, shortcomings and improvement measures, and the participating police officers conducted a democratic evaluation and on-site scoring of the prosecutors' performance of duties.

In 2023, we must keep pace with the times, adhere to the new concepts of procuratorial work in the new era, adhere to the new requirements of procuratorial work in the new era, proactively integrate into the overall situation, practice the purpose of serving the people, and serve the high-quality development of the county's economy and society with the high-quality development of procuratorial work. First, we must deeply understand the overall requirements for the construction of the rule of law in the new era, consciously practice the "three musts", grasp the "five persistences", strengthen the "four self-confidences", and achieve "two safeguards" in the new journey of the party's procuratorial work, and maintain the party's absolute leadership over procuratorial work throughout. The second is that should unswervingly use Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era to focus on the soul, accurately understand the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, effectively transform the learning results into a powerful driving force and vivid practice to promote the high-quality development of procuratorial work, and strive to write a new chapter for the procuratorial cause in the new era and new journey. Third, thoroughly implement the "Opinions of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on Strengthening the Legal Supervision of Procuratorial Organs in the New Era" and the Provincial Party Committee's "Several Measures" to ensure that procuratorial work always resonates with social development and the needs of the people, and promote the comprehensive, coordinated and full development of the "four major procuratorial work" and "ten major businesses". Fourth, will deepen the comprehensive and strict management of party governance and inspections, continuously consolidate the results of education and rectification of the political and legal team and the construction of discipline and style, improve the political quality, professional quality, and comprehensive quality of police officers, strive to forge an excellent procuratorial team, and provide a strong legal guarantee for comprehensively opening up a new situation in procuratorial work in the new era.
