html On the morning of November 3, after the Provincial Procuratorate Wang Shouan’s special tutorial on studying and implementing the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the Xiaoting Procuratorate quickly held the first procuratorate meeting of the new year to make arrangements and arrangements for the “finishing battle” at the end of the year and planning for a “good start” in procuratorial work. The meeting was chaired by Wu Junfeng, Secretary of the Party Leadership Group of the hospital and Chief Prosecutor, and attended by team members, mid-level cadres and post prosecutors. Chief Prosecutor Wu Junfeng put forward three requirements to do a good job in the current work:
1 Settlement of accounts
First, make every effort to do a good job in the city's procuratorial system and the district's target assessment work. By checking for omissions and filling gaps, timely communication, and striving for reports, we can achieve complete data collection, meticulous review and control, close communication and connection, and the assessment results are good. The second is to prepare for the work report work of the team and middle-level cadres. By "exposing" achievements, "highlighting" deficiencies, and "clarifying" plans to all officers in the hospital, we will encourage the team and middle-level cadres to establish a firm awareness of the five main concepts of "career subject, planning initiative, brand creation, promotion leadership, and problem responsibility", so that the head-goose effect of "preempting half-step plans, sinking to two levels of cadres, and pioneering writing" can be fully reflected. The third is to continue to select annual prosecutorial stars. By selecting role models around us, a strong atmosphere of catching up and striving to be advanced will be created throughout the hospital, thereby stimulating police officers to have high morale and hone their responsibilities.
2 A good start
First, organize and carry out spring training in a timely manner, conduct detailed analysis of "Study the 20th National Congress in depth and forge ahead on a new journey", comprehensively study the spirit of economic work conferences at all levels, two sessions, political and legal work conferences, and prosecutors general meetings, so that the spirit of superiors can be conveyed in a timely and accurate manner, and the latest requirements can be implemented on the front line, so that the party's absolute leadership over procuratorial work can be taken into consideration and implemented. Second, each department must carefully plan the work plan for 2023, and scientifically and rationally formulate the work plan for each department in 2023 based on local conditions based on a thorough understanding of the situation and the actual situation to ensure that the procuratorial work has clear ideas and clear directions. The third is to start the New Year case handling work as soon as possible. The criminal inspection department must focus on quality and efficiency evaluation, pay attention to core indicators such as no arrest and no prosecution, and try to eliminate gaps in large and small projects as much as possible. The People's Bank of China department must combine the clues stored in the case, carry out timely investigation and supervision, go deep into the streets and communities to dig out clues, take the initiative, and strive to achieve a good start. The public interest litigation department must focus on serving the construction of a model city for the protection of the Yangtze River and launch special supervision in a timely manner so that the results of supervision can be felt and touched. Comprehensive departments should plan articles based on actual conditions, accurately select topics and seize opportunities, tell procuratorial stories well, and convey the good voice of procuratorial work.
3 To fulfill their responsibilities
Firstly, all police officers must run hard without slacking off, race against time in conjunction with this year's end-of-year assessment, strengthen the strong and strengthen the weak, use the ambition of a foolish old man to move mountains, the perseverance of dripping water to penetrate rocks, and be down-to-earth, work hard, and take steps to reach a thousand miles, so as to turn the goal at the beginning of last year into a beautiful reality. Second, team members should strengthen their awareness of duty performance, fulfill their duties, and be responsible for their duties. They should strengthen the organization and leadership of police officers, provide guidance on case handling, strive for reports from superiors, and promote internal coordination, so that the performance of their duties and good work style can be tested in assessments, demonstrated in front of police officers, and displayed among the masses. Third, leaders in charge should strengthen management and not relax, pay close attention to improving the efficiency of the agency, and promote the "four management methods" of list-based, walking, commenting, and chain-replenishing methods to optimize management, improve efficiency, and highlight the image.
