As of 14:00 on December 29, a total of 507 proposals had been received, including 121 proposals for economic construction, accounting for 23.87%; 44 proposals for political construction, accounting for 8.67%; 49 proposals for cultural construction, accounting for 9.67%; 259 proposals for social construction, accounting for 51.09%; and 34 proposals for ecological civilization construction, accounting for 6.7%.
According to the "Regulations on the Proposal Work of the Hohhot Municipal Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference", after review, 463 cases were filed, including 48 merged cases, with a filing rate of 91.3%. 44 cases were not filed, of which 40 were forwarded information and letters from committee members, and 4 cases were withdrawn. Among the proposals for filing cases, 316 were submitted individually or jointly by members, accounting for 68.2%; 147 proposals were submitted by democratic parties, people's organizations, special committees and sectors of the CPPCC, accounting for 31.8%.
