Huachuan County People's Court
On October 24, the Party Group Theoretical Study Center Group of the Huachuan County People's Court studied the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China. Wang Yandong, Secretary of the Party Group and President of the Court, presided over the meeting and led the study, and all members of the Party Group attended the meeting.
Central Group members once again watched the live video replay of "The Opening Ceremony of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China" and "The Standing Committee Members of the Political Bureau of the 20th CPC Central Committee Meeting with Chinese and Foreign Reporters". Subsequently, Wang Yandong, Secretary of the Party Committee and President of Huachuan Court, led the study of the 20th National Congress and the communiqué of the First Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee, and made arrangements and deployments on how to learn and understand the spirit of the 20th National Congress in the near future and use the spirit of the report to guide the trial and execution work.
Wang Yandong said: Listening to the report made by General Secretary Xi Jinping again, I feel that the report is high-level and inspiring. The report gathers the wisdom of the whole party and the whole country and reflects the will of the people. It is the crystallization of the wisdom of the Party and the people. It is the political declaration and action program for the Party to unite and lead the people of all ethnic groups in the country to win new victories of socialism with Chinese characteristics. It is a programmatic document of Marxism. The report draws a blueprint and guides the direction. All police officers in the court should work hard and move forward bravely, serve the high-quality development of the economy and society with strong judicial responsibility, solve the urgent, difficult and anxious problems of the people with sincere feelings for the people, and forge a loyal, clean and responsible court iron army with the spirit of self-revolution, and devote themselves to the new journey of comprehensively governing the country according to law in the new era with a full spirit and fighting attitude, faithfully perform the responsibilities entrusted by the Constitution and laws, further enhance the sense of responsibility and mission, better adhere to justice for the people and fair justice, and promote new development in all work of the court.
Wang Yandong emphasized that to study and implement the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the key is to act quickly, live in form, and achieve practical results. Seriously studying and fully implementing the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China is the primary political task at present. We must conduct in-depth research and planning, widely publicize and implement it, use the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China to lead the direction, use the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China to enhance self-confidence, use the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China to arm our minds, take overall charge of work, and guide judicial practice. Wang Yandong demanded that all members of the Party Group should set an example and lead the departments in charge to quickly set off a wave of learning and implementing the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Party. We must increase the efforts to resolve conflicts and disputes, vigorously promote the construction of smart courts, continuously improve measures to facilitate and benefit the people, insist on serving the overall situation, punishing all kinds of crimes in accordance with the law, maintaining social stability, actively and steadily promote the comprehensive supporting reform of the judicial system, enhance the credibility of the judicial system, and strive to make the people feel fairness and justice in every judicial case.
