Labor Bureau’s occupational safety and health inspections take immediate punishment measures
In order to ensure the work safety of construction workers and improve the occupational safety and health culture of the construction industry, the Labor Bureau continues to conduct intensive inspections on construction sites across Australia every year in addition to daily occupational safety and health inspections.
During the inspection, the Labor Bureau inspected the lifting machinery in the Australian construction site, including the inspection and use of the Libra, and reminded the contractors to conduct regular inspections of various types of lifting machinery by professionals. At the same time, the Labor Bureau staff also reminded the stakeholders of the construction site to take various measures to prevent heat stroke, and carried out employment safety and health advocacy and education for workers.
