Special Director Ouyang Yu expressed his sincere gratitude to the communities actively cooperate with and support the epidemic prevention work of the SAR government during the "6.18" epidemic. In the meeting and exchange, representatives of various associations actively put forward opinions and suggestions, paying special attention to epidemic prevention measures, residents' mental health, offshore hospital planning, medical personnel training, promoting youth development, deepening patriotism, love for Australia and the National Security Law education, diversified development of students, protecting teachers' rights and interests, popular science education, family friendly policies, maternal and child services, care for the elderly, support for vulnerable people, cultural heritage conservation, cultural industry development, athlete echelon training, people's livelihood facility planning, development of traditional Chinese medicine and big health industry, industry, university industry, research, social security, talent policies, etc. In addition to responding one by one on the spot, the social and cultural team will also summarize various written opinions, study them carefully and follow them up appropriately.
Director Ouyang Yu emphasized that the work in the scope of social and cultural fields is closely related to the people, so he has always adhered to the concept of "starting from the heart and putting people first" to promote all work.
