On October 21, Rong Haisheng, Secretary-General of the Heze Federation of Social Sciences and Vice President of Shandong Fuxi Yaoshun Culture Research Association, was invited to Juancheng Rural Commercial Bank to give a lecture and gave employees a special cultural lecture on "The Hindustry of the Yellow River, Cultural Fertility" to his employees.
