On October 21, Li Xiaowu, member of the Standing Committee of Yuncheng Municipal Party Committee and Secretary of the Hejin Municipal Party Committee, presided over the Hejin Municipal emergency work scheduling meeting. The meeting sorted out and summarized the current city's epidemic prevention and control work, and made arrangements and deployments for the next stage of work. Li Xiaowu pointed out that
The current epidemic prevention and control is not yet time to relax and rest. We must always keep a clear head, firmly maintain our confidence and determination to overcome the epidemic, objectively analyze, scientifically analyze, and implement various prevention and control policies and measures without fail. The whole city should form a joint force, unite and overcome difficulties together, resolutely win the people's war on epidemic prevention and control, and ensure that the people's production and life return to normal as soon as possible.

The more we reach the end, the more we cannot relax our vigilance, be scientific and accurate, work together, and continuously consolidate the results to ensure that the comprehensive breakthrough is clear. We must orderly promote capacity building in the post-emergency period, strengthen peace and war transformation, gradually build regular mechanisms, plan and improve projects to build normalized basic capabilities for epidemic prevention and control as soon as possible, and improve normalized prevention and control, emergency response levels and social governance capabilities. We must focus on prevention and control, strictly guard against and defend, focus on filling in shortcomings, plugging loopholes, and strengthening weaknesses. We must never allow any mistakes. We must strengthen the line of defense and defend our position. We must prevent and control the community, strengthen publicity, mobilize the participation of the whole people, and gather the hearts and wisdom of the people to fight back the epidemic with all our might. We must crack down on and deal with violations of regulations and discipline found in epidemic prevention and control work. We must make careful arrangements, arrange responsibilities, coordinate epidemic prevention and control and economic and social development, coordinate development and security, and ensure that Hejin makes due contributions to the economic and social development of Yuncheng .

The national epidemic situation is still severe, and the task of preventing imports from outside is arduous. All levels and departments should eliminate erroneous ideas such as "almost", "lucky", and "indifferent", and tighten the string of thoughts, and not relax the work of epidemic prevention and control for a moment. To plug the loopholes, no one can be left behind. We must find problems in every link and every detail, resolutely plug loopholes in our work, and continuously improve the effectiveness of epidemic prevention and control; in the process of policy adjustment, accurately grasp policy standards and prevent the virus from taking advantage of the opportunity. We must highlight key points and implement them consistently. We must prevent imports, guard the traffic checkpoints, strengthen the management of key personnel, and strengthen the standardized management of centralized isolation points; ensure smooth traffic and ensure safe and stable operation of the industrial chain and supply chain; deepen the creation of "epidemic-free communities (villages)", consolidate prevention and control results, and establish a long-term mechanism for prevention and control work. We must coordinate development and complete the annual goals and tasks in one go. On the basis of doing a good job in epidemic prevention and control, we must do a good job in project construction, , industrial operation, agricultural production, production safety, work planning next year, and achieve the "double victory" of epidemic prevention and control and economic and social development.
