Hua Yiqing is currently living in Shanghai. She said that she has experienced China's rapid development in the past five years. What impressed her most was the creativity demonstrated by the Chinese people and the grand blueprint for development drawn up by China. "In my opinion, the Communist Party of China is a great promoter of this development blueprint and an important link for all sectors of Chinese society to realize this blueprint."
Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, China's total economic output has increased from 11.4% to more than 18%, and its contribution to world economic growth has generally remained at around 30%. Hua Yiqing believes that China's economy has risen in the world economy and has contributed to global economic growth. "As far as Brazil is concerned, the rapid development of China's economy has promoted its demand for commodity , especially when the epidemic was at its worst in 2020, imports from China slowed down the Brazilian economy."
In the past decade, China has not only achieved remarkable achievements in economic development, but also attached great importance to the construction of ecological civilization. Hua Yiqing strongly agrees with the concept of " green waters and green mountains are gold and silver mountains" advocated by Xi Jinping. She pointed out that China has taken a lot of measures in environmental protection, "incorporating the concept of harmonious coexistence between man and nature into a series of policies guiding its development in various fields at home and abroad." In addition, China has launched the world's largest carbon market, stopped financing for new coal mining and new coal-fired power projects abroad, proposed to strive to achieve carbon neutrality by 2060, and actively promote the construction of the "Belt and Road" in line with the UN 2030 Sustainable Development Agenda goals.
Hua Yiqing believes that China has many development experiences worth sharing. She pointed out that at present, China has completed the SDG proposed in the United Nations 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development and is working to achieve the remaining goals.
At present, the epidemic is still severe, the international security situation is turbulent, and the recovery of the global economy is still slow. Hua Yiqing believes that China has put forward a development blueprint and is working hard to realize these visions. At present, geopolitics and are complex and changeable. All countries should maintain a modest attitude, promote common development by establishing mutual trust mechanisms, strengthening dialogue and other means, and strengthening global governance.
