On October 19th local time, Kyrgyzstan announced the birth of the country's 7 millionth citizen. The Kyrgyz National Statistical Commission released relevant details saying that the citizen was a little boy named Zakshrek.
According to Kyrgyz Parliament Speaker Nurlanbuick Shakiyev, the little boy was born on October 19 in Kizilkiy City, Batken Prefecture, and his name was given by Kyrgyz President Zaparov.

Kudebelgnov introduced that the 7 millionth citizen of Jiddie is a boy. He was born at 2:10 am on October 19th local time and was born in Kizilkiya City, Batken Prefecture.
According to Health Minister Batirova, the 7 millionth citizen was born in the home of farmer Abdulasulov. The child's mother, Syratinova, was born in 1982. This is her fourth child. The boy was born weighing 3.9 kilograms and was 54 cm tall.
President Zhaparov called to express congratulations to the parents of the 7 millionth citizen of Kyrgyzstan and wishes the children good health and longevity. He said he hoped that the 7 millionth citizen would grow into a good son of the people, not only to his family, but to the entire country.
The boy's mother expressed her gratitude to the president for his congratulations and hoped that the president would name her newborn child. President Zhaparov proposed to name the child Zhakshrek, which means national development and prosperity.
It should be noted that the Kyrgyz government will distribute 1 million som (1 yuan is approximately 11.62 som) to the 7 millionth citizen of the country to use the citizen’s living expenses until he grows up.
