10On October 17, a special psychological counseling lecture on "Riko Pushun" social science experts at the grassroots level was held in Lingquan Town, Junan County. The event was jointly organized by the Municipal Federation of Social Sciences, the Propaganda Department of Junan County Party Committee and the County Federation of Social Sciences. The event invited senior family education instructor , senior psychological counselor , and He Yufei, Chinese teaching and research staff of Linyi Xicheng Experimental School, to give a tutoring report entitled "Scientific relief of work pressure and improve psychological adjustment ability" to town and village cadres.
He Yufei analyzed the sources and manifestations of stress from several aspects such as what is stress, the main source of stress and the scientific method of relieving stress. He gave in-depth explanations on how to correctly deal with and relieve work pressure, transform the impact of bad emotions on the psychology, and live out the most optimistic self, put forward opinions and suggestions, and led everyone to experience the psychological relaxation training method on the spot.
This lecture is close to the reality of life, is targeted and guided, easy to understand and easy to understand.
