In order to further standardize the order of the tourism market, protect the ecological environment, and safeguard the rights and interests of tourists, the Municipal Bureau of Culture and Tourism, Natural Resources and Planning, Ecological Environment and Market Supervision Bureau jointly carried out special rectification work on the issue of private "scenic spots" from September to November, comprehensively investigate problems and hidden dangers, and jointly supervise and rectify illegal private "scenic spots".
In order to further improve the deployment work, Comrade Zhiliang, Director of the Municipal Bureau of Culture and Tourism, made a special arrangement for the special rectification work on the issue of private "scenic spots" in the city at the video conference of the city's cultural and tourism industry to welcome the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China. He required relevant departments to strictly follow the time nodes divided in the special rectification work plan, compare the scope of rectification, and complete survey, cleaning and rectification, supervision and inspection with high standards, and strengthen communication, coordination and joint law enforcement with departments such as natural resources, ecological environment and market supervision to ensure that the special rectification work on private "scenic spots" in the city is carried out in a solid manner and effective manner.
According to the work arrangement of the "Special Remediation Work Plan for Privately Setting up "Sightseeings" Issues" of the Municipal Bureau of Culture and Tourism and other four departments, this special rectification mainly includes: operating without a license, disrupting the order of the tourism market; collecting ticket fees without permission; building tourism facilities privately to destroy the ecological environment; operating high-risk tourism projects without a license, posing a risk of tourism safety hazards; false propaganda, bullying and slaughtering customers, damaging tourists' legitimate rights and interests; changing land use privately and carrying out tourism operations; other illegal provision of tourism services. At present, all districts and counties have carried out surveys and investigations in the early stage, and have taken immediate action and made corrections based on the investigation situation, resolutely cleaned up and rectified them, and enforced and punished them in accordance with the law and regulations.
In the near future, the Municipal Bureau of Culture and Tourism, Natural Resources and Planning, Ecological Environment Bureau and Market Supervision Bureau will jointly carry out supervision and inspection to inspect the results of the preliminary rectification, urge and guide relevant departments in districts and counties to further increase joint law enforcement, strengthen tourism market supervision, strictly investigate and punish unlicensed business behaviors, standardize the business order of the tourism market, and further improve the quality of tourism services and products.
