Focusing on the pain points, difficulties and bottlenecks in handling public services by the public, through the "nearest" two-level pilot program, service expansion and upgrading, etc., it has made every effort to create a 15-minute government service circle.
"Nearly handling" is to extend government service matters that the people often handle, to townships and streets in an orderly manner, so that the people can handle things nearby, to handle more, and to handle less quickly. From June 27 to September 25, Honggutan District has handled 99 items and 56,695 items of "handled nearby" pilot list, greatly enhancing the convenience of people's services.
