Recently, a Facebook blogger in Thailand published an article revealing that a survey conducted by Bangkok Matching, a well-known Thai matchmaking agency, showed that "civil servants, soldiers and police" are the least group that relatively rich and well-educated women in Thailand want to date.
Bangkok Matching mentioned that the male group in uniforms can no longer win the hearts of Thai women, mainly because their image and social values have changed. People in society now no longer respect these professions as they used to, and the income of these professions is not enough to meet the needs of supporting a family.
It is understood that the group of people in Thailand who want to date most are businessmen/entrepreneurs, followed by doctors and executives. Because the above occupations are more stable, there will be more time to take care of the family. Therefore, the above professions are listed on the "most ideal husband profession" ranking every year. According to information from the media, women with stable jobs in Bangkok are still facing the problem of not finding a suitable partner to marry.
Nowadays, Thai women face more problems than men in finding partners. According to statistics, there are more single women in Thailand than single men, with a ratio of 8:1, especially well-educated and well-income women, often more difficult to find a partner. In addition, due to busy work and focusing on making money and improving oneself, Thai men and women often consider getting married only after the age of 30.
