
After review, the expert group from Huazhong University of Science and Technology , Hubei Food Quality and Safety Supervision and Inspection Institute and other units unanimously agreed that the standard formulation procedure complies with the requirements of local standard formulation and revision procedures, and detailed provisions were made on the requirements of equipment, site selection, usage process, services and abnormal situation handling of contactless smart takeaway self-pickup cabinets. The standard terms are clear, the structure is complete, the content is scientific, and it is highly forward-looking, advanced and operable. It unanimously agreed that the standard passes the technical review.
In recent years, the safety of takeaway delivery has been particularly touching. In August last year, the group standard of "Take Smart Food Cabinet Management Specifications (T/CCA 021-2021)" was officially released, clarifying the requirements for food storage and withdrawal, and helping to protect the "last mile" of contactless delivery. It is reported that the use specifications for takeaway self-pickup cabinets drafted by the Provincial Quality Inspection Institute can effectively ensure the safety of takeaway food and improve the level of fulfillment of contracts, help Hubei create a safe and comfortable online catering consumption environment.
