On the morning of October 18, the Pingyuan County Party Committee and the County Government held a special promotion meeting on the construction of the Pingyuan section of the Ruimei Railway. County Party Secretary Liao Maozhong demanded at the meeting that all towns and departments should attach great importance to it and take the initiative, increase overall promotion efforts to ensure that the project is barrier-free. Zhou Xiaoyong, deputy secretary of the county party committee and county magistrate, attended the symposium.
At the meeting, the county transportation bureau, county natural resources bureau, county forestry bureau and Bachi, Bank of China, Hetou, Dazhe, Changtian, Rezhe and other towns reported and exchanged on the construction progress of Ruimei Railway , land use approval, forest use approval, land acquisition and demolition, analyzed the current situation and difficulties faced, and studied solutions to the problems.
It is understood that the newly built Ruijin to Meizhou Railway is 75 kilometers long, with a total investment of 6.473 billion yuan, of which the Pingyuan section is 50 kilometers, with an investment of about 4.3 billion yuan. After passing through 12 villages in 6 towns, Bachi, Zhangzhou, Hetou, Dazhe, Rezhe and Changtian, 2,201.8 mu of land must be requisitioned, and the house demolition area is 84 buildings and 27,874 square meters.
Liao Maozhong pointed out that Ruimei Railway is a major project of the national "13th Five-Year Plan" railway plan and the revitalization and development plan of the former Central Soviet Area. It is a railway that fills the gap in the road network and focuses on regional development. Its construction can not only change the history of the lack of railways in Pingyuan , but also change the traffic conditions of Pingyuan location, and solve the problem of great significance and far-reaching impact on promoting the integration of the former Central Soviet Area into the sea, promoting interconnection, strengthening cooperation, and accelerating revitalization in the areas along the route. All towns and units should be grateful, fully understand the great significance of railway project construction to Pingyuan's economic and social development, effectively improve their political stance, enhance the sense of urgency and responsibility in the construction of project , and make every effort to promote railway project construction.
Liao Maozhong emphasized that all levels and relevant units should strengthen their work responsibilities, find out the basic situation, actively strengthen communication and coordination, absorb the work experience of Meishan High-speed Railway, Meilong High-speed Railway and other places, and solve difficulties and problems in a timely and efficient manner; they should strengthen the work team, do a solid job work, and ensure that organizational coordination is in place, land acquisition and demolition is in place, and construction guarantee is in place; they should closely coordinate and cooperate, further clarify tasks, implement responsibilities, and strengthen coordination and reports with China Railway Fourth Academy Group Corporation, China Railway 15th Bureau , Guangzhou Railway Group Shenzhen Engineering Construction Command and other relevant units , think together and work together to ensure that land acquisition and demolition is completed on time and in quality; we must coordinate the standards of land acquisition and land lease, and properly solve the problems that affect production and life caused by land acquisition; we must strictly enforce work discipline, strengthen stability work, strictly enforce expropriation and demolition compensation discipline, complete expropriation and demolition tasks within a time limit, and crack down on illegal activities such as "three grabs" to ensure that the project starts on schedule, and strive to complete the "gratitude road", "happiness road", "open road" and "restoration road" of the people of Pingyuan Soviet Area as soon as possible to complete and open traffic, and promote the integration of Pingyuan and Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and Shenzhen Pilot Demonstration Zone.
