On the afternoon of October 9, the Municipal Urban Management Service Center of the Municipal Urban Management Bureau carried out special training on drainage business. Mao Tonglei, member of the Party General Branch of the Center and head of the Drainage Management Section, gave a "full of practical information" course on drainage management.
