Zhang Xiaohui introduced that Liuyuan Street promotes party building to lead the grassroots governance model of "three governance integration"; consolidates and expands the construction results of "Water City Red Property", guides 49 property companies to establish party branches, and has achieved "two coverages", and has carried out "1+N" pairing assistance for property enterprises, 108 property-free management communities, achieving full coverage of property services in residential communities in the jurisdiction; 159 Red Flag Stations have been built, achieving zero-distance service for party members around and zero-distance service.
Zhang Xiaohui introduced that Liuyuan Street firmly establishes the concept of "projects are king" and takes new steps in economic transformation and development. As of the end of August, the street completed the general public budget of of , with 172 enterprises and 437 million private tax revenue. As of September, the street has 20 key projects in the city and district, and the construction of the new and old kinetic energy conversion industry incubation park (Phase I) has started, with a planned investment of 530 million yuan in 2022. The high-tech advanced manufacturing project is accelerating its construction. As of now, the street investment has attracted 450 million yuan, continuing to inject strong momentum into the high-quality development of Dongchangfu District .
Zhang Xiaohui introduced that Liuyuan Street has always regarded the transformation of shanty towns as the top priority of people's livelihood projects. It has successively launched 20 key urban construction projects and implemented 13 school construction projects; built gig inns and created happy canteens; deepened the reform of deregulation, regulation and service, and more than 4,000 enterprises and individual industrial and commercial households in the Tower Business District can enjoy the "one-stop" service of commercial registration , effectively solving the prominent problems of difficulty and slow service reported by enterprises and the public, and the business environment is continuously optimized.
Zhang Xiaohui introduced that Liuyuan Street has achieved new results in social stability. 23 follow-up teams and 111 volunteer teams have been established to resolutely carry out epidemic prevention and control, and weave a tight and solid epidemic prevention and control network; 440 grids have been divided in the jurisdiction, and 440 grid members have been selected and strengthened; the "five-in-one" activities for safety hazard inspection and production safety publicity have been carried out in a solid manner, maintain the bottom line of production safety, and make every effort to maintain harmony and stability in the jurisdiction.
