1. How to deal with driving while drunk?

The newly revised Criminal Law came into effect on May 1, 2012. The crime of "dangerous driving" has attracted great attention from the society, and has significantly increased the punishment for dangerous driving such as drunk driving and racing. In May 2012, the Supreme People's Court conducted an investigation on drunk driving cases across the country and planned to issue relevant judicial interpretations.
1. Driving while drunk will temporarily detain your driver's license for 6 months and be fined between RMB 1,000 and RMB 2,000. Those who have been punished for drunk driving and driving again will be detained for not more than 10 days, and will be fined not less than 1,000 yuan but not more than 2,000 yuan, and their driver's license will be revoked.
2. Driving while drunk is restricted by the public security organs until they wake up. The driver's license of the machine will be revoked and criminally liable in accordance with the law. No re-obtaining of the driver's license will be allowed within 5 years.
Driving an operating vehicle while drunk will be detained for 15 days, and a fine of 5,000 yuan will be imposed, and the driver's license will be revoked. No driver's license will be obtained again within 5 years.
3. Driving an operating vehicle while drunk will be restricted by the public security organs until they wake up. The motor vehicle driver's license will be revoked and criminally liable will be pursued in accordance with the law. No re-obtaining the driver's license will be allowed within 10 years. 2. What will happen if the drunk driving ticket is not processed for more than 15 days?
If it has not been processed for more than 15 days, a fine will be imposed on three percent of the fine every day, and it may be applied to the people's court for compulsory execution; if it fails to accept the handling within the deadline without a valid reason, the motor vehicle driver's license will be revoked. Article 109 If a party fails to perform the administrative penalty decision within the deadline, the administrative authority that makes the administrative penalty decision may take the following measures:
(I) If a fine is not paid when it expires, a fine shall be imposed at three percent of the amount of the fine every day; (II) Apply for compulsory execution by the people's court.
Article 110 If a traffic police officer performing his duties believes that the person who violates the road traffic law should be temporarily detained or revoked, he may first detain the motor vehicle driver's license and transfer the case to the traffic management department of the public security organ for handling within 24 hours.
The road traffic violation shall go to the traffic management department of the public security organ for processing within fifteen days. If the motor vehicle driver's license is not accepted within the deadline without a legitimate reason, the motor vehicle driver's license will be revoked.
If the traffic management department of the public security organ temporarily detains or revokes the motor vehicle driver's license, it shall issue an administrative penalty decision.
