Daning Community, Humen, Dongguan will carry out the third batch of pilot construction of beautiful and happy villages in the near future. Among them, the Daning Ecological Smart Industrial Park (Phase I), a key project, is expected to start construction at the end of the year, with a planned total investment of 823 million yuan.
It is understood that the Daning Ecological Smart Industrial Park Project (Phase I) is located in the Dapandi Industrial Zone of Daning Community, Humen, and is a factory area in the 1990s. One side here is close to Provincial Highway 358, which belongs to the "industrial transformation" project. It covers an area of 51,384.7 square meters, with a total construction area of 224,730 square meters, including 61,430 square meters of underground parking lot.
According to the plan, the Ecological Smart Industrial Park (Phase I) plans to build three factory buildings with a construction area of 96,078 square meters (including 23,753 square meters of parking lot); one office building and three supporting dormitories with a construction area of 128,652 square meters (including 37,677 square meters of parking lot), and a total capacity of 53,208 square meters.
According to Tan Qimian, Secretary of the Party Working Committee of the Daning Community and Director of the Community Neighborhood Committee, the Daning Ecological Smart Industrial Park Project (Phase I) will be positioned as the electronic information and medical and health industries, with production, R&D and design as the core, highlighting the concept of green ecology, diversified functions and smart service, thereby creating a Dongguan industrial upgrading demonstration base with the deep integration of 's new generation information technology and manufacturing. The project plan has been approved, and other procedures are being improved. Construction is planned to start by the end of this year. The total planned investment of the first phase is RMB 823 million.
In addition to the ecological smart industrial park (Phase I) that will be launched at the end of the year, the community will also launch the high-end industrial park project in the Daning East area. The group companies participating in the cooperation have basically reached a consensus with the private property owners and are negotiating the details of the agreement and will soon enter the agreement signing stage.
For example, Jinning gas station project, after two years of application and adjustment, the approval procedures for the plan have been completed; the land between Botou and Guolilai market has introduced high-tech emerging industry manufacturing enterprises. The plan is based on the deployment of the government of Humen Town . Since 2019, Daning Community has begun to plan two plots between Botou Village and Guolilai market, and plans to introduce a high-tech emerging manufacturing enterprise.
