Brand new American Airlines headquarters campus was built in 2019.
American Airlines has a clear vision for this large-scale redevelopment plan: "One Campus, One Team" - that is, through a more integrated park, we will bring front-line staff and management team together.

After realizing this design vision, the new park will become the core of the company after completion, connecting 130,000 team members of American Airlines all over the world - this not only shows the company's core values and goals, but also represents the enterprising spirit of the aviation industry.

The new campus is named after the former chairman and CEO of the group - Robert L. Crandall Campus. The park can accommodate more than 12,000 employees at the same time, and its hotel complex Skyview 6 has 600 rooms, which can provide training and reception services for pilots, flight attendants and visiting team members.
At the same time, the park also has an -dimensional parking building that can park about 5,000 cars.

The overall plan of the park includes four connected office buildings on the south side Skyview 8, Skyview in the hotel complex in the northeast direction 6, IT department in the northwest corner, and a bridge connecting the north and south parts of the park. The expanded low-rise campus (Skyview 8) consists of four seven-story office buildings with an area of 139,000 square meters (1.5 million square feet), connected to the park center, catering services, conferences and other facilities.
All connected office buildings are designed to be of the same height.

Among them, Skyview 8's administrative service hall is the core of the entire park. The upright and simple styling design helps create a positive working atmosphere and strengthens the sense of belonging and community of employees.

Landscape design to improve the health of employees
"In order to avoid destroying the unique geographical characteristics of the site, we worked with American Airlines to create this inspiring park, which not only reflects their core values but also complements the surrounding landscape."

By polishing design details in all aspects and multi-dimensionally, the design team hopes to encourage people to walk and exercise as much as possible in the park to improve the health level of employees.
It is worth mentioning that a stream across the site divides the park into two parts, north and south, and the site planning scheme cleverly uses a pedestrian bridge with a beautiful arc to connect the north and south parks. From this, the scenery is pleasant and only 4 minutes away from the center of the park.

Not only that, outdoor spaces of different shapes are set up in the park, which is a good place for employees to breathe fresh air in their spare time. The rich landscape sketches provide new fun for employees while communicating and exercising.
