Lianjiang , a veritable red land in eastern Fujian, is a famous old revolutionary base in Fujian. Its glorious history has formed many red landmarks carrying the red gene and revolutionary spirit. In recent years, Lianjiang County has deeply explored the red resources of the old revolutionary base areas, integrated the county's blue ocean, green ecology, traditional culture and other elements, and recommended the first seven red learning routes in the province to create on-site teaching points for township party schools. It has been welcomed by cadres and the masses, and has set off a wave of grassroots party members learning new ideas.

High-level coordinated "promotion" township party schools
Lianjiang County is located on the coast of Fujian, with 22 townships and 278 villages (communities) under its jurisdiction, and 21,000 rural party members. Due to the large number of grassroots party members in rural areas and the weak educational conditions, some rural party members have never even entered the party school in their entire lives. How to strengthen rural party member education and training and play the role of party members as pioneers and models has become an important issue that needs to be solved urgently.
At present, my country's rural economy and society are facing transformation, and rural party members are moving more frequently, and Lianjiang is no exception. The comprehensive popularization of the Internet has caused a major impact on the rural ideological position.
From practical experience, relying solely on the village party organizations to carry out party member education and management, whether it is venue, faculty, funding, system mechanism, content methods, etc., it is difficult to adapt to development.
Xie Jinhui, associate professor of the Party Building Department of the Fujian Provincial Party School, said that the education and management of party members is the basic work of party building and must be carried out tirelessly and promptly. Under the new circumstances, ensuring the high quality of party building in the new era with the high quality of party members' education and management is an urgent task and important mission of party organizations at all levels. Expanding the position "built" township party school
Lianjiang County Ankai Township, which is the largest local abalone breeding base. Taking a fishing boat to look into the sea, large and small fishing platoons floated on the sea, among which a small house with party flags was particularly conspicuous. In order to facilitate the learning of sea party members and fishermen, we have established a maritime service party group to extend the teaching points to the sea." said Lin Lianzhong, secretary of the Party Branch of Tongxin Village, Ankai Township.
At present, party class training radiates to three surrounding fishing villages, and the training content is diverse, including policy explanations, party class live broadcasts, and breeding training. More than 50 fishermen party members who live on the sea come here to class every month. "While our party class improves the party spirit and cultivates , it can also promote their production, killing two birds with one stone. Not only at the sea, but also in tea farms, fields, and ancestral halls, party members can also receive concentrated training regularly. Since 2016, Lianjiang County has focused on promoting the standardization of township party schools. In the vertical extension of the teaching position, a total of about 12 million yuan of funds were allocated to build a rural revitalization talent training center, 22 township party schools (rural revitalization schools), 278 village-level teaching points, 7 rural revitalization schools talent training bases, and 62 "neighborly party class" teaching points to open up barriers to the teaching position. At the same time, it has expanded to maritime party branches, non-public enterprise party branches, retired party branches, etc., and established 12 characteristic teaching points, including maritime fishing platoon teaching points and Tongxin Education Promotion Association teaching points, forming a full-coverage and normalized party member education and training system.

Town-level Party schools, village-level teaching points, and on-site teaching points carry out special teaching in combination with their respective positionings. Toubou Town inherits the red gene with "red + education" and cultivates patriotic feelings; Dongdai Town uses "green + teaching" to root the nostalgic culture to promote rural revitalization; Ankai Township uses the "industry + study" model to send out classes, bringing teaching to the hearts of the people.

In terms of horizontal expansion of on-site teaching, Lianjiang County has launched 7 red learning routes and upgraded to create the first batch of 42 on-site teaching points for party members’ education. Among them, the exhibition hall of the China Workers' and Peasants' Red Army North-bound Anti-Japanese Advance Team (Gui'an) has been selected into 100 Fujian Provincial Party History Study and Education Visiting and Learning Points. At the same time, it was the first to open up the on-site teaching route of "Strength towards the Sea Chart" theme, integrating and connecting the coastal on-site teaching points such as Kuludao Mawei Shipyard, Hongdong Fishery Industrial Park, Xiaocheng Guanwu Kelp Entrepreneurship Base, Maritime Silk Road Museum, and Tailing Pingliuwei Rural Revitalization Park to create a new brand of party spirit education with "Lianjiang Sea Flavor", forming a good situation of party building leadership, joint construction, and common development, and further empowering rural revitalization.

The azure coastline and the dazzling "party building red" complement each other, radiating and driving the development of rural tourism formats. At present, Pingliuwei Park has accumulated more than 70 million yuan in income, increasing the village collective income by 800,000 yuan in annually, increasing the annual per capita income of villagers by 1,000 yuan, and driving more than 300 jobs.
While strengthening the "offline" training base, Lianjiang County explores and broadens the "online" education channels. Optimize "Strength" Teachers' Teachers'
Since the full launch of standardization of Lianjiang County's township party schools, "Party school calls you to attend classes" has become the catchphrase of party members. But when the school has and the students come, it has become a big problem for who will give lectures. The cost of external professors and lecturers is high, the content of the lectures is highly theoretical, and the explanations are relatively limited in combination with Lianjiang's actual situation; the quality of lectures of local party members and leaders is not high, and their time and energy are limited, making it difficult to ensure long-term teaching.
In order to solve this problem, the Organization Department of Lianjiang County Party Committee took the lead in selecting 125 high-quality personnel from party and government leading cadres, retired cadres, township talents, experts and major industry owners to form a "100-person lecturer group" for the county party member education and training; 69 explanation talents were selected from party members, village workers, rural teachers, professional tour guides, retired cadres, and students in school to form a "red explanation group"; each township hired 3-5 people from township team members, local school teachers, retired cadres, station professional and technical personnel, and rural local experts to establish a "local faculty station" to enrich the faculty of township party schools at multiple levels.

"This practice has gathered outstanding talents in the county, further promoted the institutionalization and standardization of township party schools, and brought localized and down-to-earth teaching experience and practical results to grassroots party members." Over the past five years, this team of local lecturers has been active in every corner of the grassroots level, providing spiritual food to 21,000 party members in the county, and raising a bright red banner to preach the party’s theoretical policies.
Innovation mechanism "live" township party schools
Township party schools are the base for theoretical learning, the furnace for party spirit tempering, and the battlefield for the role of play. In order to standardize the training management system, the Organization Department of Lianjiang County Party Committee has successively formulated opinions on the construction of township party schools, village-level teaching points, and "neighborly party class" teaching points, and established a mechanism for integrating party member education funds such as county and township financial allocation and party fee supplementation. Standardize the regular class system for township party schools and village-level teaching points, and stipulate that township party schools will run one class every month, at least 12 classes per year, and village-level teaching will run at least one class every quarter. The "Neighborly Party Class" teaching points will run classes once a quarter, focusing on regular and long-term developments. Implement the management measures for star rating of township party schools, determine stars based on performance, and manage dynamically to promote the comprehensive improvement of township party schools.
On the basis of running schools, Lianjiang Township Party School further extended its functions and built the "five platforms" for party member activities. Co-constructed with vocational schools, and other schools, regularly carry out training on practical skills, entrepreneurship and employment of party members in rural areas; regularly organize party members to carry out volunteer services, party day activities, public welfare activities, etc.; establish a party member mutual assistance association, and use the "voluntary donation + social donation" method to raise funds to help party members with difficulties in life; promote party affairs disclosure and create a good political ecology within the party; disclose course arrangements and encourage the masses to participate in learning and exchange.

"Five Platforms" will guide rural party member education from theory to practice, and promote rural party building to present new vitality and reach a new level. Kaixin Farm, the extension base of Gui'an Village-level Teaching Point of Pandu Town Party School, takes advantage of its own industrial development and resource advantages, and based on specific rural practices, has created a skill improvement platform for rural party members and cadres and agricultural talents integrating theoretical research and practical guidance. The platform not only carries out skills training for agricultural breeding, cultivates various agricultural technical talents, and helps rural revitalization, but also actively participates in targeted poverty alleviation , focusing on industrial assistance and employment assistance as the supplement. Through the "Party Building + Industrial Alliance + Farmers" model, it sells agricultural products from poor households in the county, solving the employment problems of more than 30 local party members and the masses, and contributes to the rural revitalization work of Pandu Town.
Changlong Town Party Committee informs party members of the progress of poverty alleviation tasks through township party school classrooms, and encourages party members to take measures of pairing and assistance to "transfusion" and "create blood" to party members and masses with difficulties in life. Under the leadership of town and village cadres, he held a theme party class on tea picking and making in his tea factory workshop, providing free technical training for poor party members. In just one year, 15 of the 20 poverty alleviation households he helped achieved poverty alleviation, of which 103,080 yuan of income was earned by working, and a subsidy increased by 34,320 yuan; Chaqing received 74,391 yuan of income, and a subsidy increased by 7,204 yuan.
