According to the current epidemic prevention and control situation in Beijing, the Palace Museum is open in an orderly manner from May 1st, 2020, and will implement appointments, peak staggered and flow-limited visits. The relevant matters are announced as follows:
1. Opening hours during the epidemic prevention and control period
8:30-17:00 (stop admission to the hospital at 16:00)
closed on Monday (except for legal holidays)
2. Opening scope during the epidemic prevention and control period
combined with the current requirements for normalized epidemic prevention and control work and the actual situation of our hospital, the front three halls, back three palaces , Imperial Garden , Waixi Road, Shoukang Palace , Cining Garden area outdoor exhibition area and some courtyards of the East and West Six Palaces. Indoor exhibition halls and indoor service venues such as Zhenbao Pavilion, Watch Hall are not open for the time being. Meridian Gate City Tower, Donghua Gate Tower, Shenwu Gate City Tower and the connected city wall are not open for the time being (see the schematic diagram of the opening of the Palace Museum during the epidemic prevention and control period). The open original display hall adopts the visit method of isolation of guardrails outside the hall.
3. Reservation method
The Palace Museum implements a real-name reservation system. Visitors can use the Palace Museum online ticketing website (https://gugong.ktmtech.cn/) to make reservations for ticket purchases using the second-generation ID card or passport information. Tickets can be booked before 24:00 on the same day. The current peak season ticket price is 60 yuan, with a daily limit of 5,000 people (8:30-13:00,3,000 people; 13:00-16:00,2,000 people), until the quota is full. Please visit strictly according to the reservation time period. The Palace Museum will timely adjust the daily limit according to changes in the epidemic prevention and control situation.
4. The route for the audience to arrive at the Palace Museum
According to the requirements of the "House Service and Guarantee Work Plan for the 2020 "May Day" Festival Service Guarantee Work Plan" in Beijing, please visit the Mysterious Gate of the Palace Museum from outside Donghuamen through Dongtongzihe.
5. Visitor instructions
(I) Visitors must present the original valid ID card and prepare their real-time "health code" in advance (apply through the "Beijing Health Code" mini program) before they can be admitted to the hospital.
(II) Please abide by the relevant regulations on epidemic prevention and control in Beijing, and cooperate with temperature measurement before admission. If the body temperature exceeds 37.3℃ or abnormal phenomena such as coughing and shortness of breath, you will be refused admission. If you feel unwell after admission, please contact the staff in time.
(III) Please wear masks throughout the whole process, keep a distance of more than 1 meter from other audiences, do not gather or gather, and actively cooperate with prevention and control work.
