. Everyone may not be too unfamiliar with too much detachment, because I have mentioned this car in several issues before, but this issue is different. Since it is a column for talking about trucks, let’s talk about some cold knowledge about T815.

T815 series load-loading cars are a new model series developed based on the Taitula T111, T138, T148 and T813. It is the latest series of products of the era in the Taitula Automobile Manufacturing Factory in Czechoslovakia. There are many models of
T815 series products. The basic products (that is, the main products) are T815 S3 26 203 6X6-2 and T815 S1 26 208 6X6-2. The rest are derived models and car chassis.

: T is the name of the Taitula TATRA automobile manufacturer starting with the name
:815 is the product code, the same as 111, 138, 148, 813
: S3 is the type code of the car, S3 means three-sided dump truck

: 6X6 represents the driving form of the vehicle, and the rear-2 is the rear- drive axle with two tires on one side.
The first Taitula T815 should look like this. This car is not a mass-produced car. Its code name is T157, which is a model before the 815 plan. However, this car was interfered with by Skodaliaz of the same country during the research and development process, which eventually led to a miscarriage of the model. Later, in order to turn around, Taitula secretly carried out the 815 plan. After the production of
T815, it was built completely according to the modular concept, and at the same time, many strange models will be extended, such as the T815P13 in the picture. This car is a model introduced and assembled by the Long March. Unlike other models, it does not have a through-type frame, that is, it does not have a beam, and only has a set of central spine tube frames.

This car looks similar, but is actually specially customized for extremely cold areas. The model is T815 S1A. The vehicle's cold start temperature can reach minus 45 degrees Celsius. It has a boiler inside and an alcohol combustion system outside. In addition, the car also comes with a humidifier inside. The main markets are the Arctic and the Russians.

Taidot T815 trucks use air-cooled, four-stroke, direct injection diesel engines, and all adopt V-shaped arrangements. They are one cylinder and one cover, and each cylinder is independent structure, and are also fastened to the crankcase with bolts.
The conventional Taitula T815 has three types of engines, V8, V10, and V12. The models are:
T-3-928 V-type 8 cylinder 170Kw power, T-3-929-11 (or -13-14-30) V-type 10 cylinder 208Kw power, and T-3-903-11 (or -30-31-32-50-52-53), and V-type 12 cylinder 235Kw power. Of course, the meaning of

When talking about the chassis, it is really the essence of too much pull. The inner horoscope and the central spine tube frame left a deep impression on many people. It is not only a load-bearing component, but also a protective shell of the power transmission. The spine assembly of different lengths can make the T815 truck have a variety of suitable wheelbases. Then, because this spine assembly is too loose, it is called the "Variety Car", because its rear axle can be added and can be extended all the time.
Just like the T815P13 mentioned earlier, it has no beams. Another type is like the dump trucks we come into contact with, with a through-type frame, that is, the beams. The axles of
T815 trucks are also divided into two categories. One is used in S1 and S3 trucks and various chassis. This type of axle consists of main reduction gears, swing half-bridges, full floating half-axle and wheel hubs. Another type is mainly used for tractors and special purpose chassis. In addition to the above structure, the axles of this type of chassis also have wheel edge deceleration and tire charging and deflation functions. The front suspension of the T815 is torsion bar spring and cylinder shock absorber. There are two types of torsion bar springs, φ56mm and φ61mm, which are used for the front axle load of 6.5 tons and 8 tons respectively. The suspension of the double rear axle is steel leaf spring type and air spring type. The steel leaf spring type is fixed by hanging lugs. The air spring is in the form of a single wheel single airbag. All models can be optional.
