Performance test
1. Volume deviation

2, boiling water power outage temperature
The body of the folded electric kettle is silicone and plastic. It does not have the "steam switch" commonly known as the traditional electric kettle. It controls the disconnection of the appliance by the temperature control switch installed at the bottom of the heating plate. If the temperature setting value of the temperature control switch is wrong, or the quality of the temperature sensing parts of the thermostat is unstable and the installation position is incorrect, it will cause the thermostat to be disconnected prematurely, and the water temperature may be lower than 98℃, which is not conducive to consumers' drinking.
This time, the 13 electric kettles were inspected, and the minimum temperature for power outage of boiling water was 98.2℃, all of which met the standard requirements.

Boiling water can kill bacteria and remove substances that are harmful to the human body. However, too long water boils for water will cause the aging of water, which will not only cause the loss of minerals that are beneficial to the human body, but may also produce certain harmful substances such as nitrites, which are not conducive to human health. Therefore, when the water boils, the power supply should be cut off within the specified time.
The temperature control device of the electric kettle should cut off the power within the following time:
—25s, when the rated power of the electric kettle is greater than 1500W;
—30s, when the rated power of the electric kettle is less than or equal to 1500W.

13 electric kettle samples, 8 boiling water power outage time does not meet the national standard requirements, involving Jinzhao, Delma, Lock, Berlian, Rongshida, Bear, Midea, Meiling and other products. Among them, Meiling product exceeded the standard by 2 minutes and 28 seconds, with the worst performance.
4, water discharge performance of spout
When consumers use electric kettle to pour water normally, the water can only flow out of the spout smoothly, which will bring users a comfortable and pleasant feeling. When the lid of the pot and the body of the pot are not sealed well, water will flow out of the side wall and splash outside the container when pouring water, causing inconvenience to the user.

5, Thermal efficiency
The overall design and process capability of the electric kettle play an important role in the thermal efficiency of the product. The higher the thermal efficiency, the better the energy-saving effect, and is an important indicator to pay attention to when purchasing an electric kettle.
