The Wenzhou Municipal Market Supervision Bureau will increase the intensity of inspections on electric vehicles in the next step, carry out special law enforcement actions for price violations in the electric bicycle field across the city, and effectively safeguard the operating order of the electric vehicle market and the legitimate rights and interests of consumers.

Other acts that violate the clear price specifications.
price fraud. Whether the operator uses false or misunderstood price means to lure consumers or other operators into transactions with them.
price gouging behavior. Whether the operators have acts of price gouging: 1. Fabricate and spread price increase information, disrupting the market price order; 2. In addition to production and self-use, it exceeds the normal storage quantity or storage cycle, and hoards a large number of goods with tight market supply and abnormal price fluctuations, and continue to hoard after being warned by the price competent department; 3. Operators significantly increase the price of goods when the cost has not increased significantly, or although the cost has increased, the increase in the price of goods is significantly higher than the increase in cost; 4. Use other means to raise prices to promote the price of goods to rise too fast and too high.
price collusion. Whether operators collude with each other, manipulate market prices, causing a significant increase in commodity prices and harming the legitimate rights and interests of other operators or consumers.
false propaganda. Whether the operator has made false or misleading commercial publicity about the range, performance, functions, quality, sales status, user reviews, and honors of the electric bicycle, and deceives and misleads consumers.
Other illegal acts. Other violations of price and anti-unfair competition laws and regulations.
