The sudden outbreak of new coronavirus pneumonia delayed the start of spring school in 2020. When the three-foot podium becomes a screen and online classes become students' main classroom, this is both a challenge and an opportunity. All teachers in the third-grade group actively responded to the Ministry of Education’s call for “suspension of classes but not learning”, stick to their posts, and be brave to explore and innovate, so that online teaching can blossom into a different kind of flowers.

Teacher Hao Dawei has been responsible for promoting online teaching of third grade Chinese during the holidays, and also has his own unique feelings and reflections. 1. Online teaching should focus on integrating teaching resources. Online teaching resources cannot be scattered or disorderly. For example, we integrate the 9 poems in the book and divide them into two categories: landscape poems and traditional festival poems. We produce or collect related micro-course , design ancient poetry teaching learning lists, and reorganize resources to solve the single teaching problem and strengthen the connection between ancient poetry. 2. Online teaching moves closer to on-site teaching. Whether it is guiding writing or reading the whole book, teachers need to assign learning tasks in advance so that students can feel the spotlight of learning and thinking. This kind of closeness is also reflected in teachers' timely feedback and comments, follow up in real time, and answer questions and answer questions in a timely manner. 3. Carefully prepare micro-courses to cooperate with learning sheet teaching. The micro-courses we use are of high quality. All my attempts and changes are based on communication and communication as a way. Therefore, I believe that to promote online learning, we must ensure communication between teachers and children, parents, and teachers in the same group to break the "sense of distance" of online learning. After washing up, they should sit upright at the desk and start learning in a quiet learning environment.
Lu Mingyan:
Online teaching allows children to truly achieve suspension of classes and not stop learning, breaking through space restrictions. Let children accept teachers' teaching content at home and complete learning tasks.You can listen to micro-course video resources repeatedly, which can solve the difficulty of students' difficult knowledge that cannot be overcome at once, and can also help children's review in the later stage. In response to the difficult problems reported by students in each lesson, I use the form of pronunciation to communicate with students in the group, which also ensures the interaction between teachers and students and students, and can better supervise children and improve their awareness of learning. During online learning, communication with parents is an important way for teachers to understand students' learning status, so during this period, I also often communicate with parents to understand students' learning status in a timely manner. I mainly use Dingding live teaching method. The children have already had a preliminary grasp of the basic knowledge based on the micro-class the day before. I have refined the key points and difficulties separately and interacted with the children through live classes. This not only promptly understands the children's learning situation but also enhances the relationship between teachers and students.
Wang Yisu:
The sudden outbreak of the epidemic has disrupted our teaching plan. Online teaching has begun to be promoted as a new teaching model. I have also experienced several stages of confusion, attempts and exploration. To summarize online learning, there are the following immature practices:
