marathon racing athletes must be 18 years old, under 50 years old before September 1, 2019, and sign a signing statement of participation.
. Health requirements:
marathon is a high-intensity, long-distance competitive sport, and is also a high-risk competitive event, which has high requirements for the physical conditions of participants. Participants should be healthy and have the basis for long-term running exercises or training. Those who have the following conditions are not suitable for participating in the competition:
(1) congenital heart disease and rheumatic heart disease;
(2) hypertension and cerebrovascular disease;
(3) myocarditis and other heart disease;
(4) coronary artery and severe arrhythmia ;
(5) Those with excessive blood sugar or too low;
(6) Those who have had a cold within two weeks before the competition date;
(7) Other diseases that are not suitable for sports;
(8) Others who are not suitable for competition (such as pregnant women, pre-game fatigue, excessive drinking, etc.).
. Competition duration:
The entire event duration is limited to 2 hours to complete the 11.3 kilometers schedule, ranking according to sprint order.

. Health Requirements:
This marathon fun run has a long distance, which is also a high-risk competitive event, and has high requirements for the physical conditions of the contestants. Participants should be healthy and have the basis to participate in running exercises or training. Those who have the following conditions are not suitable for participating in the competition:
(1) Patients with congenital heart disease and rheumatic heart disease;
(2) Patients with hypertension and cerebrovascular diseases;
(3) Patients with myocarditis and other heart disease;
(4) Patients with coronary artery disease and severe heart arrhythmia;

. Competition method:
