Early Taiwan Railway said that the soil and rock flow was about 700 to 800 meters long. Later, it was said that the landmark number was planted by mistake. Correction that the soil and rock flow was about 3 meters high and about 10 meters long.
Railway originally asked the Hualien Transportation Section to start the Taimali-Zhiben Highway connection mechanism, but the contact operators have been cancelled because the highway connection is far away from the site and it has been delayed to arrive at the site longer than to be opened.
Railway asked the Kaohsiung transportation section to notify Fangliao Station to prepare 400 mineral water and apologize to the 400 passengers on the train.
