This year, the Golden Bell Awards have added an "International Workshop", inviting international professional speakers to share and exchange face-to-face experiences with Taiwanese film and television industry practitioners. The first super-strong lineup of lecturers has been announced recently, including PD Ding Zhemin, who produced the reality variety shows "The Sixth Sense", "RUNNING MAN", "Mystery 8-1000", and Zhan Renxiong , who has recently made a lot of stars with "Atomic Boy", " King of Sound Forest ", and "Ringo Generation DD52".

The drama special show invited the screenwriter Park Hae-young, who is famous for "My Runaway Diary", " My Uncle ", and "Wu Hai-young", to talk to directors Xu Yu-ting, who is editor and director of "I May Not Love You", "Who Falls in Love with Him First", and "The Love I Didn't Talk". This is also the first time that the screenwriter Ding Cheol-min and Park Hae-young have come to Taiwan. In addition to international workshops, the two will participate in the "TV Golden Bell Award Program" and "TV Golden Bell Award Drama" awards ceremony respectively.

Park Hae-young has the title of "Healing Screenwriter". In addition to the popular "My Runaway Diary" this year, "My Uncle", which is known as the "God Work", also won the TV Department Script Award at the 55th Baeksang Art Awards, the TV Department Screenwriter Award at the 31st Korean Broadcasting Screenwriter Awards. In 2016, "Oh Hae-young" also allowed her to win the Korea Content Awards and the Prime Minister's Awards.
