Different regions have different restrictions on National III vehicles, including restriction on traffic in different regions and guiding National III diesel vehicles to be scrapped in advance. Under various policies, the National III car is now struggling, and many National III car owners are also deeply confused.
The policies of different regions are different, where is the traffic restriction? What is the specific elimination time and the scrapping subsidies in different provinces and cities? Truck Home will take a detailed inventory for you.
National III truck restriction policy:

That is, for Shenzhen-licensed National III diesel trucks, the odd and even number restriction method is adopted, and the restriction period is 7:00-24:00 every day, and the restriction area includes the city's roads (except highways).
2. For about 100,000 National III trucks with off-site license plates, the full-segment restriction method is adopted. The restriction period is from 7:00 to 24:00 every day, and the restriction area includes roads across the city.

It stipulates that "From the date of the announcement, diesel vehicles registered before July 1, 2013 are prohibited from entering the third ring road (inclusive) throughout the day." my country's diesel vehicles have implemented the National IV emission standards from July 1, 2013, that is, diesel vehicles registered before July 1, 2013 are all diesel vehicles of National III or lower standards. It can be said that for trucks, this policy mainly targets National III diesel vehicles.
National III truck elimination subsidy policy:
The State Council recently issued the "Three-Year Action Plan for Winning the Battle of Blue Sky", which proposed in the plan: By the end of 2020, more than 1 million medium-sized and heavy-duty diesel trucks operating in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region and surrounding areas and the Fenwei Plain will eliminate more than 1 million medium-sized and heavy-duty diesel trucks operating under the National III and below emission standards. Many provinces and cities have also formulated detailed subsidy policies for the elimination of National III vehicles to further guide the scrapping of National III diesel vehicles.

Where should the car owners of the country three go?
In addition to traffic restrictions and elimination subsidies, there are a series of other measures for National III vehicles, such as Shandong Province requiring National III vehicles to install DPF before annual inspections, Nanjing City stops annual inspections of National III trucks, etc. Under the heavy pressure of environmental protection, National III vehicles are in a difficult situation, and they are also very worried about National III vehicle owners and do not know where to go.
For many regions, card friends are somewhat unacceptable to the one-size-fits-all approach, especially some car owners who purchased the National Third car in 2013 and 2014. The car has not been used for a few years, and the loan may have just been paid off and they will face elimination and scrapping when they are on track. Card friends are inevitably heartbroken and rejected.
In the post, some card friends suggested that they can follow the existing elimination subsidies, and they can compensate a little, which can reduce losses. Some card friends also suggest that the car can be transferred on the construction site. Generally, there are no strict policy requirements for using vehicles on construction sites, so there are also many unlicensed vehicles, which is also a good way for National III vehicles.
In fact, if the vehicle has a long mileage and a low residual value, which is lower than the price of the elimination subsidy, everyone can eliminate their National III vehicles and receive elimination subsidies according to official requirements, which is more cost-effective. If the vehicle is new and has a higher residual value, you can consider selling it or modifying the post-processing system according to the requirements and continue to use it.
has its pros and cons. You can weigh the pros and cons according to the policies of your region and prepare in advance. Because no matter under environmental pressure or the result of upgrading emission standards, the elimination of National III vehicles is a constant trend, and the future situation will definitely be even more difficult.
