After learning about it, Mr. Jiang learned that the steering machine might not be completely repaired, so he asked the insurance company and the 4S store to replace the new steering machine assembly for himself. Unexpectedly, the two sides shirked each other and the stalemate did not solve the problem for more than a month.
S store stated that since the insurance company believed that the direction machine could not meet the replacement conditions when calculating the loss, the store did a repair and debugging process; and the owner could not accept the abnormal noise after the repair, and the insurance company did not make a clear statement, which delayed the handling of the problem.
