First, we must adhere to the Party's leadership throughout the entire process of procuratorial work. Focusing on the decision-making and deployment of the district committee’s central work, we have “procuratorial confidence” and “cloud inspection confidence”, give full play to the procuratorial functions, and make efforts through the integrated efforts of the “four major procuratorials” and “ten major businesses” to provide strong judicial guarantees for maintaining social stability, ensuring people’s safe and prosperous life, and optimizing the business environment;
Second, we must earnestly perform our legal supervision responsibilities and strive to be brave, good at supervision, and precise supervision. All prosecutors must establish an overall quality awareness, integrate supervision awareness into daily procuratorial work, adhere to the equal importance of litigation case handling and litigation supervision, improve case handling and supervision results in an integrated manner, focus on all key tasks in Baiyun District, give full play to the benign role of procuratorial supervision in promoting social governance, and help build a safe Baiyun at a higher level.
Third, we must take the "Quality Construction Year" as an opportunity to comprehensively improve the quality of procuratorial case handling. Business departments should keep a close eye on the "barometer" of the quality and efficiency of various business cases, strengthen the analysis and research of indicators in this line, make up for shortcomings, strengthen weaknesses, and consolidate advantages, so that indicators can lead and promote every prosecutor to change the traditional case handling concept and work status, and continuously improve the quality and efficiency of judicial case handling. We will earnestly cultivate typical cases and high-quality cases, attach importance to cultivating advanced models, lead business with party building, build a good party building cultural brand, and strive to create a positive, pioneering and enterprising atmosphere of innovation.
