The DPP will pass the list at the Central Committee of the Central Committee on the 13th, and the Kuomintang, the People's Party, etc. will also show their list soon. However, at present, factions are still the main consideration within the Democratic Progressive Party, especially whether the current "Legislative President" Su Jiaquan is included in the non-zone security list, which will affect the "leading battle" of the next "legislator". If Su's willingness is low, the "Party Congress" will send You Xikun out, focusing on the throne of the "Director"; and the same is true within the Kuomintang. Party Chairman Wu Dunyi wants to be included in the security list for the position of "Legislative President". But if the two major parties in the next "Legislative Yuan" are only half, and the small parties play a key force, the blue and green will want to win over. Therefore, the small party’s non-district list must make everyone’s eyes light up, otherwise the chance of even passing the 5% threshold is very small.
The total number of seats in the "Legislative Yuan" is 113 seats, of which 73 seats are regional "legislators" are elected by a single constituency, 6 seats are elected by a plural constituency, and 34 seats are not divided into "legislators" are elected by a proportional representative system. Since "legislators" are not divided into districts, as long as political parties are placed on the so-called "safety list", there is no need to let regional "legislators" be selected so hard, and all parties are competing to make the final decision. The Democratic Progressive Party’s non-district “legislators” have 18 seats, 11 seats in the Kuomintang, 3 seats in the People First Party, and 2 seats in the Force of the Times.
This time, the DPP and the KMT have both reported that factions have robbed the head of the list. The DPP has seen the new trend, the "Party Congress" and the British faction have all non-district representatives on the security list. However, Su Jiaquan caused a frustration in the image of the DPP because of his nephew and "legislator" , "Who should I change" between Su Zhenqing and . In addition, if there is no "Joe Hao" between factions, the Central Executive Meeting will likely stage a mutual dispute again on the day of the 13th; and the KMT is actually not inferior. The Kuomintang and the DPP currently seem to lack outstanding people on the non-district security list. It is necessary to boost the party votes of both parties, but the effect is limited.
The small party seems to have a chance to pass the 5% threshold at present, and the People First Party Chairman Song Chuyu can run for 2020, which can also drive the undistricted election. The Power of Times is currently facing constant "self-explosion" within the party. In addition, the DPP is likely to include the former convener of the Social Democratic Party Fan Yun on the list of non-districts, hoping to integrate the "little green" party. If other "little green" parties can be recognized by the DPP, the undistricted votes of the Power of Times are likely to be on the verge of crisis.
The Chairman of the People's Party of Taiwan and Mayor of Taipei Ko Wen-je did not run for election in 2020, and the energy to raise party votes will weaken. Ke is currently striving to hate votes from the two major parties, so he must propose a fresh and eye-catching non-zoning list. It is now rumored that Ke P's aide Cai Biru can highly represent Ke Wen-je, but he may not be a fresh face; if it is Taipei City Labor Bureau Director Lai Xiangling, because he is a labor rights representative, he mainly attracts more green supporters.
The People's Party's non-district list directly affects the People's Party's votes. If the final vote is that the two major parties are only half, the People's Party has the opportunity to play the key minority. The first situation that affects is the election of chief and deputy "dean" of the Legislative Yuan.
