At the meeting, the participants explained the 2021 "United Nations League Rural Revitalization Coupon" issue plan in detail from the aspects of event significance, content, merchants, publicity, participation methods, user expansion, etc., and clearly stated that the issuance time will be from November 1, 2021 to December 31, 2021, which lasts for two months.

Gansu UnionPay will invest 200,000 yuan to issue UnionPay rural revitalization coupons with face value of 10 yuan and 4 yuan in Huining County, of which 10 yuan UnionPay rural revitalization coupons (consumption of 10 yuan will be reduced by 10 yuan) and 4 yuan UnionPay rural revitalization coupons (disposal of 10 yuan) 4 yuan will be discounted immediately after spending over 10 yuan) 25,000 yuan; users can log in to the Cloud Flash Pay APP and receive UnionPay Rural Revitalization Coupons, which are valid for 7 days. The same user is limited to 1 card per week. Users can use it in department stores, supermarkets, pharmacies, catering canteens, barbershops, taxis and other convenient consumption places (received by each bank and designated by Gansu UnionPay). Among them, new Cloud Flash Pay users can receive "exclusive 8 yuan coupons" (i.e., 2 yuan purchase 10 yuan activity); at the same time, merchant-side incentives are implemented, and the cashier successfully accepts 1 UnionPay QR code transaction of more than 5 yuan and can get points worth 0.2 yuan, and the points obtained can be redeemed for Cloud Flash Pay red envelopes. The issuance of the "UnionPay Rural Revitalization Coupon" will further promote the intelligence of urban and rural mobile payments, promote market consumption upgrading, and help rural revitalization.
