North Coast includes the eastern area of New Taipei City and the Guanyin Mountain national scenic area. It generally refers to the coastal highway from Tamsui to Yeliu, which spans Wanliu, Yeliu, Jinshan, Shimen, Sanzhi, and Tamsui. 1 Wild Willow Geopark
Wild Willow Must-see - "Queen's Head" is the most famous sandstone composition in Wild Willow Geopark. It is a kind of mushroom-like rock. It is mainly caused by seawater during the crust lifting process and gradually forms its current appearance. The long-neck statue is named after Queen Elizabeth I and has existed on the earth for at least four thousand years. However, due to natural erosion, the neck area is too thin and may cause breakage. Scientists continue to detect and find appropriate preservation methods. Other sea erosion terrains such as fairy shoes, tofu rocks, pot holes, candlestick stones, etc., together turn the Yeliu Scenic Area into a diverse nature classroom.

The coastline is about 3 kilometers away from the wild willows and Emerald Bay. Due to the long-term erosion of the sea water and the numerous strange stones, the Ministry of Interior Construction Agency selected the most beautiful coastline in 2010. It is one of the best attractions to enjoy sunrise and fishing fires.
5 Jinshan Old Street
New Taipei Jinshan Old Street, also known as "Jinbaoli Old Street". It is the only remaining old street in the Qing Dynasty on the North Coast. Traditional stores such as barber shops, cloth shops, rice shops, antique grocery stores have been preserved to this day, shrouded in a unique sense of nostalgia, and many time-honored foods are also the reasons why tourists go there. First of all, what catches your eye is the "Lion Forest Cake Shop", an old shop that has been around for 30 years. A mouthful of crispy is a popular product, and handmade egg rolls are also a souvenirs that many tourists will bring. Then, I came to the popular store in the old street - "Ayu Porcelain". 6 Kingsoft Hot Spring
Kingsoft Hot Spring was developed as early as the Japanese occupation period. It belongs to the Datun Mountain geothermal system as Yangmingshan Hot Spring. It has four types: marine sand hot spring, sulfur spring, carbonate spring and iron hot spring, with excellent water quality. It is close to the north coast of Taiwan, and you can enjoy the sea view while bathing. There are also traditional shops and food from the old streets of the Qing Dynasty.
7 Repulse Bay
Sanzhi Repulse Bay is a coast with both sand and rock shore characteristics. It not only has rich intertidal creatures, beautiful beaches with beautiful arcs, light winds and flat waves, clear sea water and beautiful scenery. In addition, there are scenic trails and landscape platforms, visitors can also sit in the sparkling waters. At dusk, the afterglow of the sunset shines on the sea, forming a magnificent color of the sea and the sky. The breeze blows the casuarina forest and the sea breeze stirs up the silver waves. 8 Green Stone Tank
Green Stone Tank is located in Laomeili, Shimen District, North Coast, not far from Fugui Point Lighthouse. The neatly arranged stone troughs are left behind by volcanic eruptions. Every spring, the northeast monsoon stops and the stone troughs are covered with green seaweed, forming a coastal landscape of "green stone trough". The viewing period is around May. The only seasonal limited special scenery in Taiwan attracts tourists.
