The Golmud City Fire Rescue Detachment dispatched a total of 22 vehicles and 99 people to the scene to deal with it. At present, all the accidents have been dealt with safely, and two injured and trapped people have been rescued. After receiving the alarm, the Golmud City Fire Rescue Detachment quickly mobilized 5 fire stations 18 vehicles and 79 people to arrive at the scene at 21:59. After high altitude reconnaissance by drones, three tankers caught fire 206 meters on the west side of Donghai Road from the north side of National Highway 109. The fire was in a state of fierce combustion. A second explosion occurred during the reconnaissance, and the first battle force immediately retreated to a safe distance.

In view of the on-site situation, the Golmud Municipal Government launched the emergency response plan for Golmud petrochemical industry. Xiao Jun, member of the Standing Committee of the Golmud Municipal Party Committee, and the main leaders of the emergency linkage unit arrived on site to discuss and conduct judgments, agreed to the handling plan of the Golmud Fire Rescue Detachment, and ordered Comrade Yang Hongwei, the leader of the fire brigade, to direct the fire extinguishing and rescue operations.

Golmud Fire Rescue Detachment immediately established a front command center, giving priority to clarifying on-site safety alert, emergency rescue and investigation teams, and dispatching a professional light petrochemical fire rescue team. Relying on three high-power foam water tank fire trucks, laying a trunk line 200 meters away from the fire site to provide water supply to fire robots and mobile water cannons, and setting up a remote water supply system at the irrigation canal 700 meters south of the fire site to implement uninterrupted water supply to the fire site. At the same time, a safety observation group, a site warning group, and an information and communication group were set up, and real-time observation, prompting and alerting were carried out.

After more than two hours of intense disposal, all open fires at the scene were extinguished at 23:45. At 00:52 the next day, after investigation and confirmation by the front command center, the disposal force returned to the construction at 01:38.
It is reported that a total of 2 injured and trapped people were rescued during this fire-fighting rescue, a total of 22 vehicles and 99 people were dispatched, carrying 75.3 tons of foam liquid, and two fire-fighting robots, and a remote water supply system were dispatched, consuming about 20 tons of foam and about 360 tons of water.
