It is understood that Fuzhou City’s salary price in 2020 was formed based on the 2020 corporate salary survey. The enterprise salary survey is a sample survey based on the salary and remuneration levels of employees in different occupations and labor costs in enterprises in different industries, in order to reflect the price situation of the labor market in the region.
The survey covered 1,771 enterprises in 17 industry categories in the city, covered 267 occupational subcategories in the city, and 228,000 valid employee samples. In order to give full play to the role of market mechanisms in regulating wage distribution in enterprises, we will guide both supply and demand parties in the labor market to reasonably determine wage levels in accordance with the laws of market value.
The wage price data released this time selects a small category of occupations with a sample size of no less than 20 people, and publishes it from different industries, economic types, scale enterprises, and workers with different education and job levels, etc., and also publishes wage price data for nursing home practitioners and technical positions in different skill levels. It includes three levels: high digits, median , and low digits, and has different guiding roles. The high digits of wage prices are generally suitable for enterprises with good economic benefits, the median digits are suitable for enterprises with normal production and operation, and the low digits are suitable for enterprises with poor economic benefits. The median represents the intermediate level of the data, which means that half of the samples are below the value on the indicator and are not equal to the average.
It is worth noting that the wage price of the human resources market is a kind of labor wage price information announced by the government to the public. It mainly reflects the wage level of labor market positions (job types) and various types of employees of the enterprise. It is for reference and use by employers and workers, and is not administratively directive.
