Huang Shibin, who was the assistant captain of the squadron of Squadron at the time, was ordered to prepare for construction and started hard work from site construction and on-site duty. In order to ensure that the project was completed and the personnel were stationed at the end of November that year, he carefully selected and led the team members, got up early and went to bed late, and kept striving for excellence, and devoted himself to the construction site. He returned to Xintang Squadron in the evening to continue to participate in the firefighting duty, gave up normal rest adjustments, and did not care about accompanying his wife and son who were less than one year old.
With the efforts of Huang Shibin and his teammates, in the first half of 2018, Phoenix City Station was established as a high-quality team station of the detachment, effectively maintaining the fire safety of Phoenix City Community and Yongning Street, and sharing the fire rescue pressure in southern Zengcheng.
In Guangzhou, Huang Shibin may be the government full-time fire brigade leader with the most police officers. In the more than 7 years since he joined the company, he has taken one step at a time and participated in the handling of police nearly 6,000 times. In the past six years, Huang Shibin has silently taken root in Xintang Squadron - the grassroots team station with the highest number of police officers in the province and the first mixed team. For Huang Shibin, it is common for him to go to police more than 1,000 times a year and fight all night long. Every time, he rushed forward without hesitation.
"The fire is piled up with a lot of combustible materials, and the fire is spreading everywhere quickly. The flames keep jumping out of the windows and cracks on the door, and it is difficult to carry out the rescue." Huang Shibin still remembers the rescue on the evening of July 19 last year. At that time, a fire broke out in a processing plant in Yonghe Economic and Technological Development Zone, and he led his team members to the scene. "I led the attacking team to attack deeply in the fire field. The raging fire came towards us, and the sparks and thick smoke splashed everywhere surrounded everyone in an instant." Huang Shibin said that the visibility in the fire field was extremely low, and many new players were frightened.
At the critical moment, Huang Shibin grabbed the water gun and continued to advance towards the fire point against the high temperature and thick smoke. Under his guidance, the mood of the players on the scene gradually stabilized. After more than 6 hours of hard work, the fire was successfully put out.

At 14:35 on December 29, 2018, a fire broke out in the Hutouling Industrial Zone, Baiyun District, Baiyun Lake, Dalang North Road, Hutouling Industrial Zone. After arriving at the scene, the firefighters learned that the fire building was a three-story factory building. Tianna water was stored on the third floor, which was flammable and explosive dangerous goods, causing violent combustion and a large amount of high-temperature smoke.
After the commander issued the order, Xu Yanming led his teammates to quickly establish a water gun position to prevent the fire from spreading. Because the wind direction suddenly changed at that time, the water gun position Xu Yuming was in charge was instantly swallowed by heat waves and thick smoke. Xu Yuming made a quick decision and asked the players present to evacuate immediately, while he himself used a water gun to cover it. When he finally evacuated to a safe position, he found that his fire helmet had been deformed by heat waves and high temperatures.
At this time, Xu Jingming quickly changed his equipment and volunteered to join the battle again. In the following battle, after the fire was controlled, he led his team members to conduct internal attacks many times, fighting for 12 hours, successfully extinguishing multiple fire points, effectively shortening the fire handling time and reducing the losses caused by the fire.

In June 2018, a low-lying community was severely flooded. After arriving at the scene, Xu Yuming kept working in the evacuation work. In more than three hours, he evacuated more than 80 people. When the evacuation work ended, it was around 7 p.m. Xu Jingming noticed an evacuated old man sitting alone on the steps. He was worried and took the initiative to come forward to talk to him, and learned that the old man's family was on the way, but due to the long journey and the serious traffic jam, he could not arrive for a while. "The old man was unable to move, and most of the shops were closed at that time. In this case, he could not even solve the problem of eating and drinking." Xu Yanming decided to take the old man back to the Xinshi Squadron to settle down and remained responsible for taking care of the old man until his family arrived.

In the early stage of security work, he combined the characteristics of multi-point protection and assisted the government in formulating corresponding security work emergency plans, organized brigade security personnel to inspect 68 surrounding hotels, homestays, hotels and other places of crowded personnel, found more than 72 hidden dangers, and rectified 72 hidden dangers.
"We need to conduct on-site fire prevention supervision and inspection, guide the organizers to carry out self-inspection and self-correction work, and organize on-site fire security personnel to conduct on-site practical drills on firefighting and rescue plans one by one to ensure that once various types of disasters and accidents occur, they can respond quickly and effectively extinguish fire." Huang Kai said.
In order to ensure that fire prevention work does not leave any blind spots, he traveled to key fire protection units, crowded places, construction sites, and factory enterprises in Conghua District, and often drilled into the roofs of buildings and cable wells to check the connection of power lines, and drilled gaps and holes to check the fire hazards in hidden areas.
