It is understood that the 32-year-old knight surnamed Ding traveled to the North Coast with a group of heavy motorcycle riders on the 17th. In the end, he was fined not less than 3,000 yuan but not more than 9,000 yuan in accordance with the Road Traffic Management Penalty Regulations. He failed to complete the punishment according to the regulations.
