This is a text full of blood and tears. During the three years of separation from Chairman Mao Zedong, Yang Kaihui resorted to 12 pages of manuscripts for her husband and hid them in the cracks of the bricks on the back wall of the bedroom, which lasted 52 years. Until March 10, 1982, when workers were repairing Yang Kaihui's former residence, they opened the back wall of the bedroom and a stack of Yang Kaihui's manuscripts appeared before the world.
"I can’t sleep for a few days. In any case, I’m going crazy. I haven’t received a letter for many days, and I’m waiting every day. Tears... I don’t want to be so sad. The child will be sad with me, and the mother will be sad. It’s so sad, too I'm lonely and so sad. I want to escape, but I have a few children. How can I... I received a precious letter in the morning in fifty days. Even if you die, my tears will entangle your body."
This is an excerpt from one of the letters written to Chairman Mao Zedong. Of course, this letter was not sent, and the Chairman never read it in his lifetime. At the time of writing this letter, Yang Kaihui had been separated from Chairman Mao for more than two years. The "precious letter" mentioned here was brought back by Chairman Mao in October 1928, which was also a year ago.
Yang Kaihui’s manuscript
is a letter written by Mao Zedong to Yang Kaihui in code words after he went to Jinggang Mountain. The letter to the effect is that I am doing business here, making money, and my business is booming. The letter also mentions that my foot injury has not been well... Yang Kaihui looked at Mao Zedong's letter and felt mixed. She wrote a poem that missed Mao Zedong, titled "Occasionally":
Nian Zi travels far, flat waves rise and fall. Has the foot problem recovered? Do you have cold clothes? Who loves the lonely sleep? Is it also miserable. Letters are not accessible, no one wants to ask. Hate Wushuang Feihu, flew to see the Ziren. This person is not seen, melancholy forever.
The original manuscript of Yang Kaihui's "Ouhan Sense"
Since his father went to Beijing in 1918 and met Chairman Mao again, Yang Kaihui has been closely connected with this man. At that time, Chairman Mao came to Beijing in order to participate in the "expulsion" movement, and met Yang Kaihui again at the home of his teacher Yang Changji, and the two established a romantic relationship.
From the manuscript left by Yang Kaihui, it can be seen that Mao Zedong took the initiative to pursue her. Both are extremely proud people. Yang Kaihui hid his deep love in his heart, lest Mao Zedong would discover it. And Mao Zedong's pride has kept him concealing it, and he is reluctant to show it. After piercing this layer of window paper, the relationship between the two was also tacitly approved by Yang Changji.
's time in Beijing is you and me. Mao Zedong also promised to write a love poem to Yang Kaihui. That was one day, they were walking in Taoran Lake, Yang Kaihui little bird held Mao Zedong's hand like a human, and talked about his emotions while walking. After a while, Mao Zedong smiled and asked, "I heard your friends say that you love to write poems. Can you recite them to me?"
Chairman Mao and Yang Kaihui
Yang Kaihui wrote to her brother and girlfriend not long ago. Read a poem by Li Chongying:
Gao Yi and Bo Yunxia, gentle and virtuous. The Jiao Li chrysanthemum is a gift, which is still blooming alone. Day and night meditate forever, the terraces are covered by people. Autumn next year is good, can you come to my house?
Mao Zedong listened to the fun and said, "You want Chongying to marry your house earlier and be your sister-in-law! Xia, do you think this first gift is also suitable for me!"
, Chairman Mao may promise Yang Kaihui, he will definitely write a poem to her. However, not long after, Yang Changji passed away due to illness, and the following revolutionary situation was pressing. Chairman Mao began to travel around. This poem was delayed until the two got married.
Yang Kaihui
In the winter of 1920, Yang Kaihui and Mao Zedong held a special wedding. Yang Kaihui brought his own clothes to Mao Zedong's dormitory in the first normal school teacher, and directly lived in. Two like-minded comrades-in-arms and lovers eventually became married. Mao Zedong spent 6 silver dollars to host a banquet to entertain relatives and friends in Changsha at that time.
Shortly after marriage, Chairman Mao and his new wife Yang Kaihui parted briefly for many times and visited Yueyang, Huarong, Nanxian, Changde, Xiangyin and other places to learn about the local social and economic development and the living conditions of the people. Although the parting after the wedding was short, it also made Chairman Mao's longing unspeakable. As a result, he finally fulfilled his promise and wrote a song "Poppy on the Pillow":
piled up to sleep on the sadness, the rivers and seas turned waves.
night longThe sky is always difficult to understand, and the lonely cloak sits and counts the cold stars.
Xiaoxiao’s thoughts are all grayed out, and there is still a shadow of a person.
The waning moon flows westward, and there is no reason for this without tears.
This is the first love poem written by Chairman Mao. After Yang Kaihui received it, his happiness was beyond words and he even took it out to "show off" in front of his girlfriend Li Shuyi. After the founding of the People’s Republic of China, Li Shuyi wrote to Chairman Mao asking for the letter he wrote to Yang Kaihui, which evoked infinite memories of Chairman Mao. It was at that time that Chairman Mao wrote the famous "Butterfly Love Flower Answer to Li Shuyi":
I lose arrogance, Yang Jun loses the willow, and Yang willow lightly goes straight to the nine. What does Wu Gang have? Wu Gang held out osmanthus wine.
The lonely Chang'e stretches his sleeves, and is a loyal soul dance in the sky. Suddenly it was reported that there was a tiger in the world. Although
had many short separations, before 1927, Yang Kaihui and Mao Zedong were married for seven years, most of the time they were married together. In these 7 years, Yang Kaihui gave birth to 3 sons for Chairman Mao.
Yang Kaihui and his son
However, just a few days after the birth of Yang Kaihui’s third son Mao Anlong (April 4, 1927), Chiang Kai-shek launched the "April 12 counter-revolutionary coup" on April 12, followed by Wang Jingwei. The killing was also carried out in Wuhan. Chairman Mao returned to Changsha from Wuhan to plan the Autumn Harvest Uprising. The
autumn harvest riot is about to begin, and Yang Kaihui is looking forward to the arrival of this storm. She began to prepare to participate in the Autumn Harvest Uprising. However, Chairman Mao was aware of the arduousness of the future struggle and decided to go alone, and asked Yang Kaihui to return to Itacang to take care of his mother and children and participate in the peasant movement there.
Chairman Mao sent Yang Kaihui back to Itakura's house before setting off. Chairman Mao turned over from Zhushan behind the house, without resting his feet, and turned over the back mountain and left. Unexpectedly, this goodbye turns into a goodbye.
Chairman Mao and Yang Kaihui
After the outbreak of the Autumn Harvest Uprising, the Kuomintang reactionary authorities immediately ordered all armies to "reward foreigners for 5,000 yuan for those who rebel against Mao". This made Yang Kaihui feel terrified day and night and had trouble sleeping and eating. Separated from her husband, life and death are at a loss, which makes Yang Kaihui fall into despair.
"I want to kiss you a hundred times, your eyes, your mouth, your cheeks, your forehead, your head, you are my person, you belong to me!"
Yang Kaihui said in the letter My feelings of longing, but always worrying about the safety of my lover:
"Oh my God, I don't worry about you! As long as you are well, I am the second, God bless you. Today is your birthday, I can’t forget you especially. I slept in the quilt at night and felt sad again. I heard that you were ill and it was because of overwork... Without me by my side, you would not pay attention. You must be exhausted!"
During this time, Yang Kaihui got terrible tragedies. After seeing Zhu De’s wife brutally murdered in the National Daily, he was hung up to show the public; he learned that his friend Xiang Jingyu was also tortured on the way to the execution ground. ;Best friend Zheng Jiayi, when unable to stand, was carried to the execution ground with a basket by the enemy. A row of muzzles shot at the basket frequently. After two years of separation, extreme longing and white terror enveloped her. She always felt that death was like a shadow.
As the days passed, Yang Kaihui seemed to feel his heart was hollowed out little by little. She was in a trance and helplessness all day long, she could only use the method of writing a diary to dispel the lonely and helpless despair in her heart. But he was afraid that the diary would fall into the hands of the enemy, so every time after writing the diary, Yang Kaihui hid the diary in the cracks in the bricks on the back wall of the bedroom.
The bad news finally fell on Yang Kaihui.
Hunan warlord He Jian vented his hatred of Zhu and Mao Hongjun on Yang Kaihui. He offered a reward of 1,000 silver dollars to capture Yang Kaihui. Under the cover of the masses, Yang Kaihui turned out to be good fortune on several occasions and escaped the enemy’s pursuit. However, in the early morning of October 24 of the same year, when Yang Kaihui sneaked back to Itakura to visit her mother and children, she was found by warlord spies and arrested. .
After Yang Kaihui was imprisoned, his father Yang Changji’s old friends Zhang Shizhao, Cai Yuanpei, Tan Tingkai and other celebrities and professors began to actively rescue them. They jointly called the Kuomintang authorities in Nanjing to exert pressure from public opinion. The Nanjing government succumbed to external pressure and called He Jian, and told him Its probation.
He Jian is under external pressure on the one hand,On the other hand, following the suggestion of Ren Zhuoxuan, a traitor from the CCP, that “Yang Kaihui would be better than tens of thousands of people to surrender”, so the interrogator suggested that Yang Kaihui could be free as long as he announced his separation from Mao Zedong. But Yang Kaihui resolutely replied: "Death is not a pity, I hope Runzhi's revolution will succeed as soon as possible." On November 14, 1930, Yang Kaihui was only 29 years old at the Zhizi Ridge outside Liuyang Gate.
In such a severe revolutionary environment, Yang Kaihui was prepared for sacrifice. In March 1929, she wrote a "Lonely Letter" to her cousin Yang Kaiming. The only thing she couldn't let go was to follow The three sons of the chairman. Yang Kaihui wrote in the letter:
I seem to have seen the god of death-alas, its cold and serious face! When it comes to death, I am not afraid of it at first, and it can be said that I am happy. Only my mother and my children, I feel sorry for them! And this sentiment harassed me very (a lot)-it made me half asleep and half awake the night before!
I decided to entrust them-children-to you, financially, as long as their uncles live forever, they will not be ignored, and their uncles have a deep love for them. If you really lose a mother, or even a father, it is not an uncle’s love, it can be resisted, and you must take care of all aspects to grow naturally in the warm spring without being exposed to the strong wind The invasion of showers!
The original manuscript of Yang Kaihui's "Lonely Letter"
until Yang Kaihui's sacrifice, the letter could not be sent, so it had to be hidden in a crack in the wall of the old house at home. Her cousin, Yang Kaiming, died before Yang Kaihui on February 22, 1930 at the Shiziling execution ground outside Liuyangmen, Changsha, at the age of 25. When Yang Kaihui was arrested, Mao Anying, who was only 8 years old, was also arrested.
After Yang Kaihui died, the local people, regardless of the danger to their lives, sent her body back to Itakura and buried her on a cotton slope surrounded by pine, so that her fallen leaves could return to its roots. At this time, Chairman Mao, who commanded the Red Army in Jiangxi to fight against "encirclement and suppression", learned of Yang Kaihui's sacrifice, and sent a letter to the Yang family saying: "Kaihui's death will not be redeemed."
"You are lucky to get it." My love, I really love you so much! Don’t you want to abandon me? You must have your reason if you don’t write. Ordinary people will also have this kind of emotion. Father’s love is a mystery. Don’t you think about your children? It's a tragedy and a good thing, because I can be an independent person."
Yang Kaihui's feelings of longing in desperation are vividly displayed in this letter. It is true that Chairman Mao is lucky to have such love as Yang Kaihui. But for Yang Kaihui, is it lucky to have a lover like Chairman Mao? What kind of revolutionary sentiment was her firmness when she went to death calmly, and her hope for the success of Chairman Mao's revolution before she died?
In December 1923, when Chairman Mao was about to leave for a meeting in Shanghai, Yang Kaihui had just given birth to Mao Anqing and was still in confinement. Chairman Mao heartily wrote a song "Hey the Bridegroom, Farewell" to Yang Kaihui:
waved away from here. Even more sadly facing each other, complaining bitterly. The corners of the eyes and eyebrows are like hate, and the tears are still there. Know the misunderstanding of the previous book. Passing through the clouds, the clouds and the fog are the confidants of the world. If a person is sick, does God know?
Shuangzhong Dongmen Road at present, illuminating Hengtang half-day waning moon, so clear as promised. The intestines are broken with a whistle, and the world has been lonely ever since. By cutting off the sadness and hate. Like the collapse of Kunlun, but also like a typhoon sweeping the world. Heavy Biyi, and Yunzhu.
Before the farewell, the couple's affection was on the paper, facing each other sadly, complaining bitterly, and tears have been rolling in the eye sockets. What kind of will is needed to hold back the flow? The confidant in the world is no better than you and me. Hate only hate, in this chaotic world, only to cut off the sorrow and hate, only hope that the revolution will succeed, and then fly above the clouds with you. On the one hand,
is the love of the children with his wife, and the lofty ambition of the revolutionary man on the other. Chairman Mao made his own choice amidst difficulties, and buried his children’s personal love in his heart for the common people.
Yang Kaihui is not like this? I clearly miss my lover to the point that "even if you die, my tears will entangle your corpse", but I still support my lover's revolutionary path resolutely and resolutely, even when facing the executioner, "I hope Runzhi's revolution will succeed as soon as possible. "Applying his thoughts to words, buried in a dilapidated wall.
In the future, when Mao Anying died on the Korean battlefield, Chairman Mao forcibly endured his grief after hearing this, saying, "Who made him the son of Mao Zedong? "Who can't cry after listening?"
Chairman Mao and Mao Anying
Attach a letter (love letter) from Yang Kaihui to Chairman Mao:
Runzhi:
"I can’t sleep for a few days, anyway, I just can’t sleep. Going crazy. I haven't received a letter for many days, waiting every day. Tears... I don't want to be so sad, the children will be sad with me, and the mother will be sad too. It's so sad, so lonely, so sad. I want to escape, but I have a few children, how can I... receive a valuable letter in the morning in fifty days. Even if you die, my tears will entangle your body.
You are lucky to get my love, I really love you very much! Will you not abandon me? You must have your reason for not writing. Ordinary people also have this kind of emotion. Father's love is a mystery. Don't you think about your children? It is a tragedy and a good thing, because I can be an independent person.
I want to kiss you a hundred times, your eyes, your mouth, your cheeks, your forehead, your head, you are my person, you belong to me!
Yesterday, when I talked to my brother about you, it looked normal, but my tears fell somehow. I wish I could forget you, but your beautiful shadow, your beautiful shadow, vaguely saw you standing there, looking at me sadly. Whoever brings my letter to you and your letter to me is my benefactor.
God, I don't worry about you! As long as you do it well, it's second to me, God bless you. Today is your birthday, and I cannot forget you. Sleeping in the quilt at night, I felt sad again. I heard that you are sick, and it is because of your overwork... Without me by my side, you would not pay attention. You must be exhausted!
Your body really can't do things, you are too willing to worry about it. God bless me, I will try my best. As long as I can earn 60 yuan a month, I can call you back. I don’t want you to do anything. It’s up to your abilities, your cleverness, and maybe even you. An immortal success too!
didn't sleep for another night. I can't stand it anymore, I want to run to you. The child, the poor child, dragged me again. My heart has carried a heavy burden, one is you, and the other is a child, no one can take it away. I want to cry, I really want to cry! I can't help but love you, I can't... Human feelings are so strange... I love you so much! OMG, give me a perfect answer!
