The former site of Shenyang "Qiulin Company Business Building" is located at No. 90, Zhongshan Road, Heping District, Shenyang City. It was founded in 1923 and is now a famous watch for the Three Treasures of Xinyu. It was established by the Shenyang Municipal Cultural Relics Bureau as Shenyang Immovable Cultural Relics .
This European red brick building is of great significance to the people of Shenyang - it not only witnessed a period of history, but also engraved an era.
Qiulin Company's business building is a brick-concrete steel structure. The floor is painted with dark purple walls and white lines, and is inlaid with gray-white granite stigma and eaves flat relief. The main roof of the light green semi-globe ceremony is a typical Russian-style building. The main building business hall is on the third floor, with cast iron square signs on the left and right sides of the main entrance of the business hall, with words "Qiulin Company 1906" cast on it.

Qiulin Company has once had two names since the 1960s to before the reform and opening up of . It was called Qiulin Company externally and Friendship Store internally and Friendship Store , which is a special foreign exchange product store. During this period, a new food factory and a garment processing factory were expanded in the backyard. At that time, the food and processed wool clothing produced and sold by the company were quite famous in Shenyang, especially in clothing production, and many people came here to see it.
In 2014, the building was announced as the ninth batch of provincial cultural relics protection units by Liaoning Provincial Government.
