In order to further improve the ability and level of Qin'an County cultural relics protection work, vigorously promote the comprehensive development and utilization of cultural relics resources, and help Qin'an culture and economy high-quality development . On October 17, Li Yongzhong, deputy director of the Standing Committee of the Qin'an County People's Congress, led a research team to investigate the protection and development and utilization of cultural relics in the county.
research team visited the Nuwa Temple, Nuwa Cave, Jieting , Longcheng Ancient Street, Li Family Ancestral Hall in Guojia Town, County Confucian Temple, County Museum and other places. Through listening to reports, reviewing materials, on-site inspections, etc., they learned in detail about the protection, development and utilization of cultural relics in the county, and pointed out the main difficulties, shortcomings and problems, and put forward opinions and suggestions on how to strengthen the protection and development and utilization of cultural relics in the next step.
Research team emphasized that cultural relics are a valuable resource left by history to Qin'an. We must improve our political stance, firmly establish the awareness of being responsible for protecting cultural relics, and include cultural relics protection work on the important agenda, and always carry out unremitting efforts. We must increase the protection of cultural relics, promptly investigate and punish acts of destroying cultural relics, and effectively improve the level of legal management of cultural relics work. The cultural relics administrative department should further strengthen supervision and inspection of cultural relics protection units, urge all cultural relics protection units and townships to increase the protection efforts of cultural relics protection units, improve the protection mechanism, and form a management pattern with the participation of the whole people and joint management. We must take effective measures to restore and manage cultural relics while protecting them, and make every effort to promote the inheritance, protection and restoration of cultural relics and historical sites and cultural heritage at all levels, preserve historical context, preserve cultural genes, and demonstrate the characteristics of Qin'an culture.
