"Jinjiang Small Dining" rented the store on both sides, which expanded several times at once, and could accommodate 300 diners at the same time.
After the business was booming, Dong Zhujun had more and more spare money. She expanded the scale and opened many branches in various parts of Shanghai. In 1986, on the 50th anniversary of the Jinjiang Hotel, Dong Zhujun, who was far away in Beijing, saw that all the positions she originally had as a decoration were missing in the commemorative album commemorating the 35th anniversary of the establishment of the Jinjiang Hotel. At this moment, Dong Zhujun felt like a knife was cut off. So Dong Zhujun, who was nearly 90 years old, decided to ask for an explanation and started running around. At that time, everyone around her was advising her, "You are almost 90 years old, how many years can you live? Why bother so much?"
