On June 27, a four-member cultural relics protection expert team from the Provincial Cultural Relics Bureau came to the gourd in the rain to carry out provincial acceptance work on the revolutionary cultural relics protection project at the former site of the Liaoxi First Party Group, and the project successfully passed the final inspection. The
expert group held a project acceptance meeting. At the meeting, the expert group listened carefully to the project status reports from the project owner, survey and design, construction, and supervision units, and reviewed the project archives. After a rigorous joint review, the expert group fully affirmed the renovation concept, technical routes, effect control, etc., and believed that the overall quality of the project was good and reached the final inspection standards. They unanimously agreed that the revolutionary cultural relics protection project at the former site of the First Party Group in Western Liaoning passed the provincial acceptance .
The former site of the Liaoxi First Party Group is located in Dayingou Tunxi, Zhangtaizi Village, Yaolugou Township, Jianchang County. It was the first rural grassroots party organization established by the Communist Party of China in the Northeast during the Anti-Japanese War in 1943. It is also the birthplace of the Jianchang old revolutionary base area. It is an important base for patriotism education for future generations. It has far-reaching historical and educational significance. In March 2021, it was listed as a cultural relic of Liaoning Province. The maintenance project of the provincial revolutionary cultural relics protection unit is one of the 30 practical projects at the provincial level in the 2021 Liaoning Province "I do practical things for the masses and strive to make contributions to promote revitalization" practice activity. The protection of revolutionary cultural relics at the former site of the first party group in western Liaoning in our city The project is one of 13 provincial-level revolutionary cultural relics protection projects. Our city attaches great importance to this work. Leaders of the Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government have listened to reports on the progress of the project many times. The Provincial Cultural Relics Bureau and the Municipal Bureau of Culture, Tourism, Radio, Film and Television went to the construction site from time to time to conduct supervision and inspections. If problems were found, they immediately organized rectifications. With the joint efforts of various departments, we overcame unfavorable factors such as the rainy season and the epidemic, and completed the maintenance project of revolutionary cultural relics with high quality and quantity.
The revolutionary cultural relics protection project at the former site of the First Party Group in Western Liaoning successfully passed the acceptance inspection, accumulating valuable experience and providing a reference for future cultural relics protection work in our city, especially the protection, utilization and inheritance of revolutionary cultural relics. In the next step, we will supervise the implementation of project rectification and daily maintenance of the cultural relics based on the acceptance opinions put forward by the Provincial Cultural Relics Bureau expert group, and further improve the project archives in accordance with the provincial maintenance and repair project acceptance standards.
We will take the acceptance of the provincial-protected revolutionary cultural relics repair project as an opportunity to rationally develop and utilize our city's revolutionary cultural relics, further tell the red story of Huludao , make the revolutionary cultural relics "alive", and make good use of red resources.
