By the early Ming Dynasty, the Zhao family came from Hongdong, Shanxi The county moved here and changed the name of the village to Zhaoge Village.

When the Zhao family built a village here, there was an attic and an ancient well in the village. The water in the well was clear and sweet. In the year of drought, all the wells in other villages dried up. Only this well still had water. All the wells in the village had water. People come here to fetch water, but the water in the well has never been dry. The people call it "Wanhu Well". The stone slab at the wellhead has been worn by the well rope for a long time, leaving more than a dozen deep grooves.

When the field was pressed, the bells would ring and could be heard from far away. . One day, while we were on the court, it suddenly started pouring rain. Seeing the wheat in the field being soaked by the rain, Xi Dahu was very angry and shot into the sky to vent his frustration. For some reason, after a while, Xi's family members all got strange diseases and died one after another. The people all said that Xi Dahu must have offended God, so he was punished like this.
